“Great service. I paid for next day delivery and it didn’t arrive the next day. Emailed cartridge people and got a reply saying my refund for postage was being sent!! I was very impressed. The cartridges are great too. I have had non trade name cartridges before for my brother printer and they haven’t been up to the job but these definitely are. I will be using cartridge people again and would definitely recommend to friends and family.”

“This morning I spoke to Phil as I had recently changed my printer but still had cartridges for the previous one. He went through the return process with me and also took my order for cartridges for the new printer. He was very thorough and by the time the call was finished it was all confirmed in writing. I have dealt with Cartridge People for many years and they are always very efficient and provide a terrific service.”

“My newly installed colour cartridge was not recognised by my printer. I contacted Sam at Cartridge People Customer Service who could not do more to help. He quickly established that I had, in fact, had this particular cartridge since 2024! Nevertheless, he dispatched a new replacement (no charge) and was pretty certain that this new cartridge would solve the problem. And sure enough, it did! Thank you Sam. Dear Cartridge People, whatever you are paying Sam, it's not enough!”

“We have been using Cartridge People for many years and pleased with their own brand Toner and Ink Cartridges. They are good value for money, and delivery is always prompt. We appreciate the return recycling service too. Large cartridges can be returned free using a courier. Excellent customer service from Si Bennett this week. Thanks!”

“Yes eventually we got things right and Melanie turned things around quickly. Our small business that has been trading for 40 years now and will continue to use Cartridge people due to a manufacturing malfuction with a cartidge (first time in a long period of buying cartidges from CP) and where any prblems are resoived and sorted out fast.
