“The printer ink cartridge arrived very quickly, so no delays encountered. Reliable and prompt service in this respect, therefore. So far, no problems with the printing results - more than I can say about other 'compatible' cartridges I've bought elsewhere.”

“Hayden, the person I spoke to was very helpful, poilite and quick. The service was great, and Ink doing the job, but you lost a point as when I removed the seal on the Ink cartridge, black ink poured out despite me being cautious. I spent the next two days with black hands from the Ink!”

“Recently purchased an Epson XP - 4200 all-in-one printer from Cartridge People at a very good offer price. Unit arrived promptly and appears to be intact. Haven't, as yet, had time to unpack it, so can't comment re ease of set up or useability.”

“Online easy to navigate and use. My cartridges were sent quickly and no postage charge because over minimum amount spent. My only critcism is earlier advice to use their own brand and not "brother" we weren't told that our printer would not recognise them and so we had a hard time sorting this out and getting our printer to work. We'll always stick to our named brand.”

“I intended purchasing canon cartridges but was offered the own brand ones at checkout which appeared good value. I changed the order and received it the next day. Unfortunately they wouldn’t load into my printer as the contacts were rucked. I tried to smooth them out but they came away and were rendered useless. I emailed to explain this, supplied photos and had a satisfactory result of a refund from a very efficient assistant. Thank you Gemma for sorting this issue, I would order again as the service was excellent but I will order Canon cartridges next time.”

“I would have given five stars, as ordering is straighforward, prices are good, and the delivery is very quick. However, after I have placed my order, I get phone calls and sometimes emails from Cartridge People pointing out to me how much I would save if I didn't use OEM cartridges, and I can't see anywhere in my account to tell them to stop. For average printing, compatible are fine, but I print greetings cards and prints, and the colours need to be consistent and rich. I even tried having two sets - one compatible for printing invoices etc, and then swapping them with the OEM for the greetings card printing, but that was not only a waste of ink as my printer went through 'cleaning' each time, and the ink dried up in the compatible cartridges when they were not being used. So, if Cartridge People would like to get five stars, please just accept that I want OEMs not compatibles.”

“I had problems with compatible HP cartridges - they weren't entirely compatible. Nonetheless, Liam sorted a refund out without quibble so even if the product wasn't as useful as indicated, at least the service was very good.”
