“I haven't used the cartridge yet so I can only comment on the responce. The delivery was unsatisfactory because the package arrived at the weekend when there was no Concierge available to provide a secure box so the delivery person should have rung me to collect from the unsecure hallway of the block of flats.”

“I found the on line experience not as good as it used to be as I found it difficult to find out what it was that I had bought before. I found it but only after I had looked up the serial number of my printer where previously your previous purchases were listed on the log on screen.”

“genuine cannon product but not at cannon prices !! great product & service, only let down by awfull EVERI delivery .... delivery was delayed for three days, then eventually left on doorstep (signed for ?!), hence not rated 5 out of 5.”

“I find it frustrating to keep getting emails about deals on using compatible cartridges when I have already stated these cause issues when used in my machine You have also changed my local delivery company resulting in delays to delivery, tracking systems I find are totally useless”

“The printer inks are good but I had great difficulty finding which of your own brand is equivalent to Epson inks. This time I received T3351 Black ink when I thought I had ordered T3361 Ph Bkack ink which is a different size cartridge.”
