I intended purchasing canon cartridges but was offered the own brand ones at checkout which appeared good value. I changed the order and received it the next day. Unfortunately they wouldn’t load into my printer as the contacts were rucked. I tried to smooth them out but they came away and were rendered useless. I emailed to explain this, supplied photos and had a satisfactory result of a refund from a very efficient assistant. Thank you Gemma for sorting this issue, I would order again as the service was excellent but I will order Canon cartridges next time.
