I would have given five stars, as ordering is straighforward, prices are good, and the delivery is very quick. However, after I have placed my order, I get phone calls and sometimes emails from Cartridge People pointing out to me how much I would save if I didn't use OEM cartridges, and I can't see anywhere in my account to tell them to stop. For average printing, compatible are fine, but I print greetings cards and prints, and the colours need to be consistent and rich. I even tried having two sets - one compatible for printing invoices etc, and then swapping them with the OEM for the greetings card printing, but that was not only a waste of ink as my printer went through 'cleaning' each time, and the ink dried up in the compatible cartridges when they were not being used. So, if Cartridge People would like to get five stars, please just accept that I want OEMs not compatibles.
