“Everything from purchase up to delivery was trouble free and the device is now running as it should. Actual delivery wasn't brilliant (throwing a delicate item over the fence to be left for hours in the pouring rain is not ideal !) My wife was in the house all day.”

“If you have a HP Printer and its been a relatively recent purchase the you might just find compatible replacements do not work and with the perseverance of cartridge people and a number of replacements I finally got my printer back working. Thank you for your persistence and unflustered assistance I have now thrown my Birch stick away so I can't thrash the printer again now the problem is solved. I will be ordering another cartridge today and there will be 5 Stars if all goes well”

“I have had long standing confidence with Cartridge people and in fact bought my terrific brother lazer printer from them. Recently I bought 3 replacement lazer colour cartridges , regrettably the first one that needed installation didn't work despite the great support I received by phone from Marianne. She very promptly despatched a new cartridge from me which worked perfectly. Unsure about other colours I have now, perhaps they need to be replaced too.? I don't doubt PC will assist.”

“Your helpful Customer Representative, Chris, very quickly investigated, as to where the (still) missing ink cartridge order is….now presumed lost in transit. He kindly resent a cartridge (awaited) and kept me updated- good work all round. I should add we have used CP for several years and this is the first ‘no show’ but I am glad we should shortly receive a cartridge- much needed.”
