“Original Inks are a good price. Delivery is quick and reliable. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is to do with the post sale phone call and email which slows down the despatch date. This post sale process also ignores any voicemail messages left by the customer and subsequent phone calls are as if the customer hasn’t been in touch.”

“Received some faulty ink cartridges, my own fault for swapping to their own brand (in future will ignore any calls from the sales team) called customer care and organised for them to be returned, dead easy process, no complaints their. As I’d paid a premium to get the items delivered next day I was expecting them to be returned in a suitable fashion. Alas no, item was picked up the next day, but was stuck in transit. Emailed customer support asking if they had received the ink, received a response immediately saying that they could see the package was with the couriers and so were happy to issue a refund. Credit where credit is due, thanks to Simon Heath for organising this.”

“Well worth establishing your login details at the web site, rather than going through as a guest. I entered my postcode incorrectly (slip of the keyboard) and this lead to Evri getting hopelessly confused (it appears that they pay little attention to the real address you type in). Cartridge People's customer service managed to cancel, resend etc and my parcel arrived just one day late. For branded cartridges they're not always cheaper than Amazon. Usually they are for some colour or another, though, and until this time I've never had any kind of trouble using them.”

“Not the easiest site to use, but good prices and individual colours available not just multipacks. Because I had not realised, or been warned, in advance that cartridge ink is now 'dinasaur' users, there were none in shops. Plenty of the Epson I needed with 'Cartridge People' and because my printer had ground to a halt I paid for the next day delivery. This was DPD, I had my parcel at 13.00 spot on time as I was informed . The driver was even bright and cheerful. Big advance over Evri. I will be back. Janet in Devon”

“The reseponist were very polite and helpful, they explained all the details on what's was happening. We did have a little trouble with the delivery but now they know where we are that should be sorted. Although this was the delivery service that was wtong”

“disapointd that the black cartridge failed to work on my envy printer, pre cartridges worked. Melanie, who was incontact with me to sort out the problem, was good and the refund was not contested, money back in bank the day after. |They have always been good to deal with and this hickup will not put me off dealing with them”
