“I ordered black and tri-colour remanufactured cartridges for my Canon Pixma from Cartridge People as their postage cost was much less than my previous supplier. The cartridges were delivered quickly but the tri-colour one proved to be faulty. I contacted them and after carrying out cleaning it was still faulty. I had a replacement sent very quickly. Great service and price.”

“When a cartridge developed a fault I reported it to Cartridge People. In a professional, but friendly, manner Alison immediately offered me a choice of replacement, refund, or credit. It is a pleasure to find a company with such excellent customer service. I have used Cartridge People for many years, and intend to continue to do so.”
