Unfortunately 1 cartridge was faulty nad now I have discovered |I have been sent 2 magenta and no cyan!!

I ordered a set of HP cartridges and shortly after had a fone call suggesting I change the order to a compatible set as they were a lot cheaper. I voiced my concern following a previous experience using them where print quality and reliability was an issue. However, the caller convinced me that a change of ink formula had improved this so I went ahead and bought the compatible ones. Once installed I got a “printer error” message and no amount of rebooting and checking would clear it. I even put the old genuine cartridges back in but the message remained. After talking to friends it seems that HP have chip codes that cause this to happen. So, my printer had died and I had to replace it. Moral: buy genuine HP cartridges in future. After this tale of woe I must commend Cartridge People for their quick response to my queries and to refunding my money. By all means use this company but buy genuine!

I have been satisfied in the past but my last order for my office jet cartridges seems to be poor colour my results do not come out in decent colours especially yellow far too bright

The reason I only gave a 2 is entirely due to your very hard sell of your own brand ink cartridges. I can forgive the constant pop-ups of these own brand cartridges on your website, which, although very annoying, is, I suppose, par for the course, but what I can't really forgive is being phoned immediately after the purchase went through, along with an email sent to me asking me to phone you about my order. Worried that something had gone wrong, I phoned, at my own expense, only to find more very hard sell of your own brand cartridges. The lady on the phone was very friendly and polite, but I did resent this tactic of trying to make me buy your own brand. In fact, the only thing that stopped me giving you a 1 instead of a 2 was the fact that the free delivery arrived very quickly, which was a pleasant surprise, and I felt that deserved a point. Also, I thought it odd that, when filling in my details, the 'home phone number' slot is obligatory, and you can't continue without filling it in. It took me a few minutes to work out that, having only a mobile number, I could put my mobile number in the 'home number' slot, and leave the 'mobile number' slot empty. An additional annoyance was being forced to open an account before I could buy something! I prefer buying this sort of thing as a guest, rather than having to open an account and think of yet another password! All in all, it was not a pleasurable experience at all! I'm not sure if I want to go through all that again!

The ink bottles I ordered for my Epson L805 inkjet printer arrived very promptly. They are the correct inks for my printer. However, they are also less than a month from the recommended sell-by date on the label.

We try to stay as competitive as we can, we do have a price promise on the Original Cartridges and we also have lots of different special offers if this helps. We're constantly looking for ways to improve our products and services, so we would really appreciate it if you could tell us how we can make things better in light of the cost rise. I would say that prices do fluctuate and do tend to come back down in price at times. Thank you.

Dear Cartridge People, last week or thereabouts I purchased from you a cartridge H-304, colour Black, for my H.P. Deskjet 3760 Printer. It arrived the next day, as is usual from you. I installed it into the printer, set up for printing some documents, then noticed that the ink level was only showing one third full! I had previously a black H-304 cartridge installed, purchased from you, but it was starting to smudge the printing badly so that is why I had to order a new one. I am using the near empty cartridge to write this to you, as I have no other ink cartridge to use. Please advise me what you can do to help, as I hav been a customer of yours for some time and have always been extremely pleased with your product and service. Kind regards, Peter Hill.

Very disappointed this time with my order. I needed to change 2 inks and neither of them will work. No ink coming out at all. I have ordered many times before and never had a previous problem

I ordered a set of 8 natural box files which are nicely made and good value for money. But Unfortunately two of the box files were badly damaged. Must have happened in transit, so better packaging required with a reminder to handlers, ie, fragile labelled on the box would be a good idea.

Had a problem with the own brand cartridges. Black XL cartridge was leaking, got ink everywhere. Contacted Cartridge people who offered a replacement under guarantee. Replied to their email accepting offer of replacement, heard nothing since and not received a replacement.

I am very disappointed having been assured that your cartridges were interchangeable with HP genuine. One of the cyan cartridges refuses to load and the other when printing everything is blue! The end presented to the cartridge bay us a different shape to the original The black cartridge works but is identified by the printer as foreign to it NOT HAPPY - if i did not have an old printer I would have been stuffed and very very cross!!

After my purchase, I was called by a representative who tried to sell me their own brand of cartridge instead of the original manufacturer of the cartridge. You already make it very clear that you wish to sell me your own product as a separate window opens up on adding my desired cartridge to the basket. Therefore I do not need to be called after my purchase to change my mind. I find it all condescending and unnecessary. Aren't there already enough nuisance calls? When you believe in your own product instead of the original ones great but leave the choice to me the customer who is quite capable to choose what he wants.

Didn't appreciate receiving an unsolicited phone call trying to persuade me to change my order from the original Epson brand to a substitute. this will be a factor in deciding whether to reorder in future.

Customer service was fantastic. Delivery was quick and efficient, and when the cartridges didn't seem to work I was immediately sent a full set of replacements. Unfortunately they didn't work either, on my Canon Pixma Pro 10S. But putting the genuine Canon cartridges back in place at least proved that no lasting damage had been caused, as they worked perfectly. Ultimately though, I spent a considerable sum on cartridges that I can only throw in the bin, so I can't give a good review score.

I thought from the description that I would be getting genuine Canon cartridges but my misreading of the description resulted in compatiubles being supplies
