Recently I purchased a cartridge from you and I experienced polite manner with your staff. I found the cartridge is faulty and therefore I have returned it to you requesting a refund. I would be grateful if you would be kind enough to make the refund as soon as possible.

The ink was fine and the price good. What was annoying was a barrage of phone calls trying to sell me alternative products.

After loading the new black cartridge the printer does not accept it stating it is incompatible. Tried again with the same result.

The HP cartridges came speedily & well packaged, The upselling call after I initially ordered asking I change my order to own brand cartridges & stating the ones I had bought weren’t as good was pushy & unnecessary, I felt like cancelling the order. Really spoilt the whole experience

The last cartridge bought was a branded one that works well but the one I bought previously was a recycled one which must have a default as it's full of ink but it doesn't come out in printing as it should ... So no more recycled cartridges from you ... Which is a shame really..

What works well - prices are the best I can find. What doesn't work - 'compatible' doesn't mean compatible in my books. HP Printer (relatively new) blocks the Cartridge People product with Firmware. Solution (apparently) is to 'adjust' every time a new cartridge is added. Not 'compatible' in my books as I have been left without printing capacity in the meantime.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear the cartridges did not work, unfortunately HP do update firmware regularly which then blocks the cartridges. We do advise to turn off the automatic updates to prevent this from happening. I had a call before my order was shipped asking if I wanted to change my order. I did not and I didn’t appreciate the call. It’s not something I want so I won’t be using Cartridge People again.

The "compatible" cartridges I've been getting (304) - need too much cleaning and the QR's I've printed have been unuseable!

Within 5 minutes of ordering I was contacted by phone and asked to consider changing my purchase for a copy product. If I wanted a copy I would of ordered one.

Bought one cartridge of black Epson like ink. Delivery was great at two to three days. Had already bought three colour cartridges from Wilco and was installing all four together. Wilco cartridges had plastic clip over nozzle which came off easily. The black cartridge however had clear cling film stuck over the nozzle which was extremely difficult to remove resulting in ink over my fingers. On printing first time the levels of ink showed Wilco cartridges full but the black cartridge was showing only just over half full. Why?

on your advice i changed my order from Epson cartridges to your substitute. Unfortunately the printer regected them so i returned them with a request for a refund. i am still awaing the refund

Unfortunately 1 cartridge was faulty nad now I have discovered |I have been sent 2 magenta and no cyan!!

I ordered a set of HP cartridges and shortly after had a fone call suggesting I change the order to a compatible set as they were a lot cheaper. I voiced my concern following a previous experience using them where print quality and reliability was an issue. However, the caller convinced me that a change of ink formula had improved this so I went ahead and bought the compatible ones. Once installed I got a “printer error” message and no amount of rebooting and checking would clear it. I even put the old genuine cartridges back in but the message remained. After talking to friends it seems that HP have chip codes that cause this to happen. So, my printer had died and I had to replace it. Moral: buy genuine HP cartridges in future. After this tale of woe I must commend Cartridge People for their quick response to my queries and to refunding my money. By all means use this company but buy genuine!

I have been satisfied in the past but my last order for my office jet cartridges seems to be poor colour my results do not come out in decent colours especially yellow far too bright

The reason I only gave a 2 is entirely due to your very hard sell of your own brand ink cartridges. I can forgive the constant pop-ups of these own brand cartridges on your website, which, although very annoying, is, I suppose, par for the course, but what I can't really forgive is being phoned immediately after the purchase went through, along with an email sent to me asking me to phone you about my order. Worried that something had gone wrong, I phoned, at my own expense, only to find more very hard sell of your own brand cartridges. The lady on the phone was very friendly and polite, but I did resent this tactic of trying to make me buy your own brand. In fact, the only thing that stopped me giving you a 1 instead of a 2 was the fact that the free delivery arrived very quickly, which was a pleasant surprise, and I felt that deserved a point. Also, I thought it odd that, when filling in my details, the 'home phone number' slot is obligatory, and you can't continue without filling it in. It took me a few minutes to work out that, having only a mobile number, I could put my mobile number in the 'home number' slot, and leave the 'mobile number' slot empty. An additional annoyance was being forced to open an account before I could buy something! I prefer buying this sort of thing as a guest, rather than having to open an account and think of yet another password! All in all, it was not a pleasurable experience at all! I'm not sure if I want to go through all that again!

The ink bottles I ordered for my Epson L805 inkjet printer arrived very promptly. They are the correct inks for my printer. However, they are also less than a month from the recommended sell-by date on the label.

We try to stay as competitive as we can, we do have a price promise on the Original Cartridges and we also have lots of different special offers if this helps. We're constantly looking for ways to improve our products and services, so we would really appreciate it if you could tell us how we can make things better in light of the cost rise. I would say that prices do fluctuate and do tend to come back down in price at times. Thank you.

Dear Cartridge People, last week or thereabouts I purchased from you a cartridge H-304, colour Black, for my H.P. Deskjet 3760 Printer. It arrived the next day, as is usual from you. I installed it into the printer, set up for printing some documents, then noticed that the ink level was only showing one third full! I had previously a black H-304 cartridge installed, purchased from you, but it was starting to smudge the printing badly so that is why I had to order a new one. I am using the near empty cartridge to write this to you, as I have no other ink cartridge to use. Please advise me what you can do to help, as I hav been a customer of yours for some time and have always been extremely pleased with your product and service. Kind regards, Peter Hill.
