“I had issues getting my cartridges delivered. Wiki was very patient, understanding had very helpful, and was able to amend the delivery company to another courier company, who delivered my items to a nearby store, thus avoiding me losing the various discounts I secured when I first ordered the set of Genuine Cartridges over two weeks before. I can’t thank her enough for her swift and affirmative action that resolved my issue and STOPPED CARTRIDGE PEOPLE losing another longstanding regular customer. ** YOU ARE AMAZING WIKI & THANK YOU VERY MUCH **”

“Really, really insistent on trying to sell their own brand !! Not only was it all over their website, such that I wasn't even sure I had succeeded in ordering the genuine articles, (I had), I was then phoned to try and suggest I change to their own brand !!!! The genuine articles arrived promptly and are fine. I just hated the hard sell. Won't be ordering from you again.”
