“I have used a few printer ink suppliers over the years and Cartridge People are by far and away the best. I ordered one of their 'own-make' cartridges recently but my HP printer wouldn't accept it (it had always done previously). CP gave me my money back and I ordered a kosher HP cartridge from them, which arrived the next day, without me having to pay for next day delivery. Excellent service... and I even got a gift of a pack of playing cards this time. The only downside was the delivery service (Evri), who left my package behind a plant pot, despite me being in. Obviously not CP's fault”

“I had an issue with one of the cartridges I regularly purchase from the Cartridge People and had to contact them. I spoke with Wiki, who was both professional and helpful. She provided excellent customer service and has helped resolve the issue. I would certainly recommend using this company. It will be my go to firm for supplies from now on.”

“I ordered a toner cartridge from the cartridge people and, unfortunately, it got lost in the ether. I contacted them and Chris provided first class customer service and got a new cartridge sent out in the next dispatch. I can't find fault in the service I have received and have to say Chris was pleasant and extremely helpful.”

“The service of cartridge people as usual is excellent. Good product, very easy to use website. However your change of delivery company is not so good. Evri are very unreliable, especially in rural areas. My parcel arrived at 7pm and was completely soaked. Your nice recyclable envelope was wet through and so was the box containing the cartridges. Luckily they were intact when I took them out of the package and they work okay.”

“Many thanks to Alison who was extremely helpful in resolving my issue when I had trouble with a non HP cartridge in my printer. Not only did she identify the issue but also sent me a replacement cartridge. Great to be able to use cartridges that are so much cheaper than HP originals. There practice of doing their utmost to stop you using anything other than HP cartridges should be banned.”
