“I came to Catridge People after buying elsewhere a non-HP cartridge set for an HP printer; the printer refused to work with the alternative set. I called CP, talked to a very knowledgable and reassuing person, and ordered the equivalent CP set, which did work fine, costing < 50% than the genuine HP cartridges.”

“The delivery service leaves the cartridges outside blocks of flats, they do not ring the doorbell or phone your customers. They just dump and walk away. Peabody Trust CCTV has footage I want them to post on Twitter. You clearly think that your customers should be treated with contempt.”

“I have used Cartridge People a few times as have found their prices are generally the lowest for my cartridges. I had reason to call their Customer Services team recently (because of a mistake of my own making!) and all was dealt with very easily - special mention to George for this, plus a very efficient return and refund process.”
