Cartridge people supply cartridges that are stated to be EPSON XP-335 compatible, they are phsically different to those supplied by EPSON, please refer to my emails. Please correct your website presence and the pictures. The cartridges supplied in my two recent orders were wrong, you have refunded me for the last one but not the previous order for 3 black cartridges.

An CL541XL and a PG540XL which I purchased from you at different times when I did have to change both although you said they were compatible when I installed after 2 pages the printer said that the black was empty and the colour was not reading anything. As it was tickets for a show I had to go to town and buy a Canon Multi pack containing a 540 black and 541 colour. The printer now works fine.

I Bought a 10 pack earlier this year (January) and have had more trouble with my Canon MG5350 that I have ever had before. There has been a constant need for deep cleaning (that's more than a normal clean) with poor quality prints in between. I have now gone back to genuine Canon inks but wonder what damage may have been done to the printer in the meanwhile. I have been using a PC and printer for 30 years and NEVER had this much trouble.

I am terribly sorry that you have had a poor experience with our cartridges. I see we have not had any correspondence regarding the problems you have experienced. Do you still have the cartridges in question? We offer full customer support and would like to assist you. A member of the team will give you a call to assist you. For your peace of mind, using a compatible or a refilled print cartridge does not affect the warranty of a printer unless failure or damage is attributable to it. Keep in mind that the ink does not touch any part of the printer or internal parts other than the cartridge and print head. The ink is applied to the paper as the paper is fed through the printer. Should your printer be damaged as a direct result of the cartridges (original or compatible) supplied to you, we will either replace or repair your printer free of charge.

Ordering was easy and delivery quick. The down side is that, after printing one document, the printer stopped working. I had to print out copies of a Will, so I went and bought Canon original cartridges locally. The printer then worked. This has happened to me previously, once with a Canon and the other occasion with an Epson. It seems I am doomed to buy original cartridges.

My Epson XP-305 printer will not print as the cartridges purchased are not "recognized".

Poor / rude customer service when I had problems , damaged two printers , had to replace both and left with a stock of useless unopened cartridges

Dear Jamie, Thank you for your review. I completely understand the situation that you found yourself in with the cartridges that you have left. Let me extend my apologies to you. I appreciate it may appear that we are taking a hard line in response to your request. The usual time frame for us to be able to accept cartridge returns back from customers is only 30 days from date of purchase. The 30 day limit is set so that we are still able to honor the 2 year product warranty when a returned cartridge is resold. If we accepted returns from older dated orders then we would not be able to offer the warranty to customers who experience faults with their printer consumables due to returned unwanted items. Delivery took far too long, and having to pay extra for delivery to our postcode is ridiculous, considering Royal Mail do not charge extra for delivering to this area. Other companies can deliver within 24 hours for no extra cost. Won't be ordering again.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. I apologise for any confusion regarding delivery charges. All of our prices include postage and delivery - the price on the website is the price you pay. I can confirm that we do not charge any extra for goods being shipped to highlands, islands or Northern Ireland. We hold stock in multiple warehouses and utilise different delivery options, which helps us to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. As your goods were dispatched from Switzerland we have to include a postage and handling charge on each packet. This is not an additional charge, it is included. The prices payable for goods as set out in the web site are, inclusive of applicable taxes and shipping/handling costs. Delivery is included for deliveries in the UK. Consignments imported by individuals to the UK of a value of £14.99 or under are relieved from import VAT and duties under current legislation. Although Canon compatible, cartridges do not appear to be allowing quantity of ink to be shown. This is new to me and I am not keen. Will be trying Printerinks next time to compare.

Dear Mr Bennett, Thank you for your review and I am sorry that you are having problems with the Canon inks not showing the link levels. Canon printers have no way of looking inside the cartridge or detecting fresh ink. Instead the cartridge just monitors how many pages have been printed and the average page coverage since it was first installed into a printer. From this information your printer estimates the ink level of the cartridge and when it believes the ink cartridge is running low/empty will present you with the “Check Ink”, "Low ink" or a support code 1686 or 1688 message. As a result of this way of estimating ink levels, even an original Canon ink cartridge will almost certainly have some ink left when your printer warns you it is empty. Canon printers allows you to continue printing with a single button press and will usually give this prompt in a fairly sizable message once it detects that the cartridge may be empty. Simply hold down your printers STOP/RESET/RESUME button for five seconds and then release. Whilst the name with which the button is referred to may change, the symbol it is represented with will always remain the same. ( A circle with an upside down triangle inside). The cartridges should last as long if not longer than the original and we do guarantee this. Delivery: As the company order from different suppliers, I am told they cannot pass on delivery instructions. As a result, dpd took 4 attempts and 3 days - hard on the dpd driver and hard on me ! So must be able to pass on delivery requests to the supplier.. I have locked gates, and on my own..

The cartridge I ordered appeared to come from Burgdorf in Switzerland, in a jiffy bag with a customs note on the front. Royal Mail refused to deliver it because they said it would not fit through the letter box. I hade to make a 10 mile round trip to the main sorting office to get the cartridge. When I got home, I checked, and found that the jiffy bag fitted through my letterbox easily. Does Cartridge People have no warehouse in the UK, and I suggest that Cartridge People use a different courier who will deliver to the correct address.

We do have two warehouses, one in UK and one in Switzerland which is our main dispatch facility. Normally delivery is exactly the same if send from the UK. It would appear that for whatever reason the post person on that day felt that they could not pop this through your letterbox hence the card. The ink cartridges went to the wrong address, (my old address) and yet I had received other stuff to the right address, and the person I spoke to seemed to think I should chase it up. I have written this one off, but not sure if I'll order anything else from you.

Received the cartridge promptly, installed it O.K. and it worked- for a very brief time! I don't do a lot of printing but after a few days and equally few prints the printer showed out of ink! Can't recommend you on this performance. Incidently I did not receive a recycling bag for my empty cartridge. Barry Walton

I particularly dislike that the individual packets of ink were not labelled as to the colour of the contents requiring me to refer to the printed list to ascertain the correct item to use as the replacement. Next time I will try a different supplier.

The cartridges took days longer to arrive than they should have done. This was because your website did not provide enough options to give precise directions to your courier, for an address which is not easy to find ; nor was there any option to state desired delivery times or give "not in" information. These are all essential elements in the online-goods economy. The problem was compounded by similar option-providing failures on the part of your courier DPD.

Your order was dispatched on 6th October 2017 and should have been with you on 9th October 2017. Our supplier sent these directly to you but we did not have any communication from them to say that there was any delivery issues.
