i am having a lot of trouble with these ink cartridges every time i try yo print so i have to remove the cartridges and clean the copper strip i am realy fed up with them .

The cartridge 581XXL for my canon ts 6350a originally supplied would not work properly as it didn't indicate the ink level and the printer refused to work. I was advised by Cartridge World how to overcome this which worked but as there was no indication when it ran out, the printer ceased to work. No amount of cleaning and replacement cartridges would get it working again and it appears the nozzle in irretrievably BLOCKED. I now need to buy a new printer.

Order easy to make and delivered promptly. Downside, I now constantly receive copious amounts of email 'ads' from you often unrelated to my purchase. When I say copious, I mean up to 10+ a day. Although I have selected NO for information from you they still appear and even 'Blocking' is ineffective. Therefore, scoring will be low. I prefer to use a company when I require to and dislike being bombarded for stuff I neither want or need.

Delivery was OK but why amn I receiving loads of email adverts, I have unsubscribed twice & advised Google of the pestering but still they keep sending messages. Probably shall not order from them again

I sent the following email after my most recent order/experience. No response! To:​ salesteam@cartridgepeople.com ​ Thu 02/05/2024 23:12 Good Evening,  With regard to the so called 'offer' I am not impressed with the way you do business. Why didn't you text me. Within ten minutes of placing my order I received a phone call from the company trying to persuade me to cancel my xerox ink cartridge order in favour of their own-brand ink. I said I wasn’t interested, and that I’d placed my order for xerox for a reason and the sales rep attempted to persuade me again, despite me saying I wasn’t interested. Wouldn’t recommend and I wouldn’t place another order with you.

Having bought a printer from Cartrige I was told to save money by buying "compatible" ink. Unfortunately the printer wouldn't accept one the cartridges so wouldn't print. I spent hours going through the recommended processes to make the printer work but to no avail. The only answer was to buy a genuine cartridge from the manufacturer of the machine. The "saving money" side thus diminished as I have an unusable, but full cartridge, representing dead money.

This service has been very good for me in the past but on this ocassion I was extremely dissapointed by the time that it took to deliver the order (placed on a Wednesday) to delivery (the following Monday). The parcel was marked as next day delivery so it may be a bad choice of courier by Cartridge People. If this was the case, they should review their courier options. Always used genuine HP cartridges & never had a problem, thought I would try yours. Letters are smudged & part printed. Last time I go for the cheap option.

Toner was delivered promptly but I couldn't get it to work in my hp laser jet printer. I have subsequently bought a new toner from HP which is working perfectly. Therefore not happy with the quality of the product when it was sold as HP compatible.

I place an order for manufacturer brand cartridges and then I get an email and phone calls trying to persuade me to change to own brand, which I've tried and find them inferior. I do not like or respond to pressure salesmanship and have unsubscribed from receiving daily emails.

Reasonable price and prompt deliverey. However, i did not appreciate the 5 minute telephone hard sell trying to get me to 'Upgrade' from one single colour cartridge to four own brand cartridges to 'save money'. Firstly, I only needed one cartridge, the others are half full. Secondly, I appreciate that own brand cartridges are cheaper than OEM items. This is for a reason! Whilst I have purchased cartridge people's brand in the past and they have performed adequately, others from equally respectable suppliers have not. Buying them is a lottery! Also, the lack of communication between own brand cartridges and the printer is a hassle. I just want to spend one minute fitting to plug and play. If cartridge people do not want to sell manufacturers cartridges because they are less profitable for them then their own brand then please withdraw them from sale and I will go elswhere. But if I order from this site again and get an upselling call I will definately cancel the order and take our business somwhere else.

Good product but the sales tactic of trying to pressure me into buying their own brand is shocking. Especially when I had previously tried their own brand and wasn't even compatible with my printer! They then argued that fact and reluctantly gave a refund

I tried to order two print cassettes on line but in the end found I had purchased one casssette. I found the website confusing. Otherwise, service was excellent.

I ordered the Cratridge for my HP Ink Jet Printer and received a call shortly after to see if I wanted to change to the Compatible cartridge. I mentioned that I had attempted this with another provider and the cartridges did not work with the HP Printer but agreed to give it a try. The colleague assured me that the Cartridge People had rectified the HP Chip problem and they would guarantee a refund if there was a problem but he felt it would be fine. Since ordering I have had nothing but trouble, whilst the colour cartridge worked perfectly the black one would not connect. You sent me out another but same problem occured. Two weeks later I am stil without ink for my printer and whilst the satff were very helpful my only option was to cancel the order and get my money back. I did ask if I could have the original cartriges at a discounted price due to all of the hassle I had ahd but they could not offer anything which was disappointing.

I Brought genuine HP ink cartridges and the following day I received a call to tell me that they could offer me the exact same own brand but guaranteed me me that the printer would not know the difference but would receive 3 sets instead of one set and I only had to pay an extra £85 on top of the £154 id already paid online. The following day I received the ink cartridges only to install the new cartridges and instantly got message that I’ve installed non genuine products and the next message was to say that the printer could not communicate with these cartridges. I called several times and was told someone would call me back but on one did. After more phone calls the following day I finally spoke with Sarah who did refund me in full. They also send me a return postage email that I had to print which was not possible as my printer had no ink. Only buy genuine cartridges !!!!

Catteriges arrived with package damaged, did'nt check contents but when to replace my inks found there were two blues and no red causing me the inconvenience of having to reorder a red catterige.

Despite alterations to cartridge, (no tags to remove and a black shield with an arrow on it), no instruction leaflet, no return bag. I was unsure whether arrow indicated how to put it in or how to remove shield. Not up to your normal service. Do you take off something for having the cartridge(s) returned? Francis Floyd ( he's old, very, and not clever with such things)!
