sorry if I had known your courier was evri would not have ordered them .ordered on 17th April did not receive them by 30th April so cancelled order evri pathetic in pl24 area

Having a problem with ink cartridges making it impossible for the printer to work, LIAM was a huge help and when I receive the promised replacement cartridges from him , hopefully all will be well - hurrah for Liam !

I ordered I thought an original Epsom XP235 when I opened the package I didn't have multipack 29 what I saw was a compatible package. Not the Strawberry package I was expecting. Delivery was adequate. Jacqueline Galise

I was sure i ordered the manufactures ink, HP305XL, you sent your own version. My printer would not accept your cartridges so i had to rush out to buy the correct cartridges. Now have 4x usless cartridge.

I have used Cartridge People for many years & the customer service, when called upon, is always excellent. On a very few occasions when a problem occurs with a cartridge there is never any question as regards replacement, as was recent occurrence when Melanie resolved my issue perfectly, many thanks!🙂

I’m sorry to hear that your order is not with you. From your details I can see the order was placed on the 22nd of April, was dispatched on the 23rd of April and is out for delivery today, the 24th. Pushy sales team that answered questions surrounding payment processing falsely in order to gain additional sales. Avoid. This resulted in additional paperwork for me as they split the order into multiple payments, one for the original order and a separate one for the additional items that they rang to push me to add. I explicitly asked whether this would show as a separate transaction on my card or not as this would make my expenses for work more complicated and they bluntly informed me, incorrectly, that it would go through as one transaction. When this transpired not to be the case I rang to complain and to attempt to get the appropriate invoices to complete my expenses paperwork to reflect multiple transactions and they could not provide this and was told that the sales team should not have told me this in the first place as that was not possible. This was my first time using cartidge people and it will be my last. As a business customer I require accurate information and invoicing. On a more personal point I don't appreciate being lied to, nor do I appreciate the pushy sales tactics.

I have ordered 2 lots of cartridges for my Epson stylus SX415. They DO NOT WORK! I've checked they're in the right place/order and each time I switch on the printer, it says it does not recognise the cartridges. This is a waste of money. They were ordered under Carr or Willis but as I've had to leave it for a while now I can't find the receipts. I would like a refund and also some advice as to what cartridges to put into the machine!! What can you do about it please?

I recommend checking the installation process once more and ensuring the protective seals have been removed, as sometimes this can cause recognition issues. Supplied faulty product and despite the product manufacturer, Epson, certification that they deemed the item faulty took steps to delay return and refund asking questions which had already been answered not least by the manufacturers certificate.

Purchased the cartridge people own brand semi gloss photo paper and I’m really disappointed with the results. The prints are really smudged, tried two different printers (canon pro-300 and an Epson et-4856) and both produced really smudged results, despite trying multiple settings. Disappointed as the website convinced me to buy this over canon paper (which prints perfect everytime) and I really wish I hadn’t wasted my time and money.

When I placed my order for a branded cartridge, I was persuaded by a member of staff that an alternative was available at half the price. I asked for reassurance that it was identical and would be every bit as good as my original order. I was assured that it would be. However, when the cartridges arrived, neither of them would print anything. It was suggested that I should soak them in water, etc., but at the price I thought that a rediculous suggestion. I am now only getting one branded cartridge sent despite the inconvenience. I will not use the company again,

I believe the Maintenance Cartridge you sent to me is faulty. My Canon Pro-2100 is not recongising it and keeps asking me to install a maintenance caartridge. I am unhappy with my recent purchase. Will you please send me a replacement ?

Won't be using again, Epson equivalent cartridge sizes are listed incorrectly - it states you will get a black 478xl but they send a 378xl black because a 478xl black does not exist!?!

Ordered on 18th March and have still not received. Numerous phone calls and found out today Cartridge people have recalled the cartridges back to them from Evri.
