I paid £44.90p for compatible cartridge for a set of inks for my HP Officejet printer pro 6830 - domestic use. Admitedly the printer (that I inherited) is no longer available but I expected the Cartridge People to have supplied me with functioning inks. They don't work! I spent several hours with a colleague trying to get a print out withourt success. Clearly they were NOT compatible and should not have been sold to me. For the price of the inks I could hve bought a new printer. Very disatisfied! If you are prepared to refund my purchase I will give Cartridge People a 5-star rating for compensting my purchase. The order I placed online is not the order I received. Apparently they spoke to someone at my business, who told them to check with me about changing the order to non original cartridges, but decided without my permission to send me what they thought I needed not what I wanted. Would not accept that they had made a mistake and expected me to return a big box with heavy paper reams at my cost, so they could refund me and I could order what I wanted in the first place. Totally unprofessional business, I thought it was the customer who decided what they needed not the company selling the goods. Never experienced anything like this before and will be reporting it to the relevant authorities. Avoid unless you want to be stuck with things you don't need!

I encountered issues such as the absence of a remaining page print count and persistent error messages on for the brother cartridge replica. I would hesitate to recommend Cartridge People to a friend because those cons wasn't mentioned on product page, only after you receive them, you'll see instructions about that.

delivey was speedy but the black cartridge will not register in my printer - I have followed the instructions for cleaning and drying the contacts to no avail. will stick with the genuine product from now on.

When ordering my cartridge I put the model Number of my brother printer into your website. The website interpreted this number as a cartridge number and sent me the wrong cartridge. When phoning your helpline, your person said it would not be possible to exchange the cartridge.

We recently ordered Black and Colour cartridges for our Canon photocopier/printer and was persuaded to purchase compatible toners, that I was assured would work just as well as genuine cartridges. We had asked for next day delivery as we were running very low on toner only to be told after placing the order that they didn't do next day delivery to our location, but we would get them within 48 hrs. We didn't actually get them for several weeks. We did actually get a credit for having waited for so long but this was after we had to chase up delivery via numerous phone calls and emails, and we did not receive our full order as they couldn't get the magenta. We replaced our black toner and haven't used it to print anywhere near the 13000 copies it is supposed and the print quality is awful. I would advise people not to buy the compatible replacements as they are not cost effective, as we have had to replace our cartridge before printing the full capacity.

Message sent to you previously - This is the review I put on Royal Mail today, they have left the parcel outside in pouring rain, my friend who collected it for says it soaking wet but hopefully the cartridges maybe ok? I requested delivery on Saturday, sadly after years of excellent service it looks like I'll need to find another cartridge supplier as I cannot rely on your delivery carrier 'On the last deliveries I have asked within minutes of delivery advise (on this ocassion within 2 minutes) for a later more convenient day - you have simply ignored my request. I have never agreed for parcels to be left behind the brown/green/black bin, over the gate, in the garden, etc! If I'm not in I'll collect it from the depot! Today's was left behind the brown bin in pouring rain, indeed there is a rain warning! I decided that I couldn't leave it till I got home & had to ring round friends in the village who were free to rescue the parcel. I have resolved that anyone who uses you as a carrier will not get my business! You are trying to compete with the cheaper poor service competitors & indeed at least matching their diabolical service, actually they usually don't deliver when I delay the parcel'

We are deeply sorry to hear about the unfortunate delivery mishap with the delivery made by Royal Mail. We can understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been that your parcel was left in the rain. Please note that we did not receive an request from you to delay the send of your order, otherwise we would have if we could. We would hate to lose your custom based on Royal Mail delivery person leaving your items outside, I assure you we did not request they do this. However, your dissatisfaction with our delivery carrier's performance has not gone unnoticed. We strive to provide excellent service to our customers, and I can she that in our first response to you after receiving your complaint; my colleague offered to send out replacement items if the once received were damaged in any way. Although these cartridges are in a protective waterproof plastic wrapper so they should be fine. It is disheartening to hear that you are considering finding another cartridge supplier due to this unfortunate experience. We value your business and would really hope you might choose to order from us again. Once again, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

i was talked into buying a cheaper version of the canon 560/561 cartridges with 100% guarantees etc. I have found the quality of the black and colour print terrible, and would not be conned again

Annoying - you buy a cartridge you want then they ring you to try and upsell you a brand you didnt order which they’d prefer you to buy - rather than just shipping what you ordered - then they spam you with emails to write a review you unsubscribed from

I ordered Brother's printer ink, and I received a call from the cartridge people's team informing me that they sell the same cartridge at a cheaper price. I need this for Amazon label printing, and honestly, the quality of this cartridge ink is very poor because the label Printing come off when you apply them to the product. I am not happy with my purchase.

Found the ordering and delivery service first class. Unfortunately, 10 minutes after placing the order online, I received a sales call from one of your representatives. Although nice mannered he was very pushy. To put it mildly I was unbelievably annoyed to be subjected to this hard sell tactic. This action will make me think twice about using your company again. So therefore your efforts to increase sales have actually had the opposite effect. One star instead of five I'm afraid!!

I ordered HP cartridges for my printer and received a phone call the same day asking me to change my order to your own brand. Apparently they would be better! Stupidly, I agreed and received CP own brand cartridges. They refuse to work with my printer and I see no reason why I should start messing around with 'fixes'. I expected them to simply work. I now feel it was a waste of money and a high pressure sales scam. Would I ever order from CP again? Definitely NO.

I bought multipack (x5) recently - Compatible HP 131A 5 Toner Cartridge Multipack. The new black cartridge managed to print only a few pages, and then stopped printing completely. The page comes out blank. Now, I inserted the 2nd new black cartridge into the printer. It is working now, but I am worried that it will stop working too. I would like to have replacement (black cartridge) sent to me, and the faulty one taken away. Or should I bin this one. Coe AD3JP590481.
