the cartridges are great when they work, but we have a problem with them. the colour/black The company sorted the problem out, service is good .

Company probably ok but they use EVRI as delivery company who are without doubt the most incompetent delivery company in the UK Order was not delivered despite emails from EVRI and eventually they decided to return it to the depot - no explanation offered Cartridge People customer service very good got complete refund but would not recommend them and will not use them again whilst they still use EVRI

Dont waste your time buying from these guys if you are a business. They use Evri as a delivery service that is geared up to deliver to consumers at houses. Delivering out of normal business hours is not an option. After 3 days of non delivery I cancelled the order with Cartridge People, went to a competitor and got delivery in 24 hours by Royal Mail

Disappointed that this company use Evri for deliveries. I ordered on a Sunday, evri had my parcel at my local depot on the Monday. By Thursday I chased as wondered why it had sat there for 3 days. Only once I chased was it delivered on the Saturday. Will not be using Cartridge people again unless they change their delivery company

Our delivery timeframe for standard deliveries is usually between 1-3 working days, though we do advise to allow 5 working days before contacting us. I can see from the tracking that the order was delivered on the fifth working day. I contacted you about the problem with my printer not recognising the inks sent but I’ve not been able to resolve it with emails. I am now on holiday for the next 2 weeks but would like to return them as they are not working for me!

I phoned today because my order had not arrived. I spoke to Caroline who could not have been more helpful. She was patient while I fumbled over the order number and dealt with my problem courteously and efficiently. I was on the verge of cancelling my order but was placated by the excellent service I received. Well done Cartridge People for having real people to deal with customers and for having staff as well trained and commuted as Caroline. I look forward to receiving my order. Ray O’Brien

Please unsubscribe me I will never order anything from your company again. Evri tried to get my bank details and failed to deliver anything and sent it to the wrong door. Previous to this your compatible ink no longer worked in my printers.

ordered Monday delivery confirmed Tuesday by EVRI phoned immediatly to inform you that EVRI don't deliver to village , was fobbed off and told to wait until Saturday and then phone again! Tuesday pm EvRI emailed to say they were unable to deliver that day . On Wednesday same story. On thursday EVR said unable to deliver and would return package . I phoned again and a sensible man arranged an immediate refund . I then reorderd cartridges from Amazom and they were delivered later that day!

Dreadful experience. I was phoned by the company after submitting my order who, against my best judgement, persuaded a switch to their own generic brand.This was backed by a positive Which report, larger volume per tank, and if I was unhappy, a repolacement. The deterioration in quality was immediately evident with blacks in photos being blue, blurring of margins and a marked cahnge fron Canon own brand inks. The company refuse to replace the two unopened cartidges with Canon originals, instead offering a cash refund of £22 for an original outlay of 77.79

I wanted original ink they switched it and replaced it with fake ones and issue a refund. I want what i bought! DO NOT TRUST THEM! Stupid me for not paying £5 extra and get them from amazon. Now if i want to return i need pay for postage. The WORST COMPANY EVER!

I can see that you have since spoken to a colleague who has sent you our returns details, I will on this occasion email over to you details on how to return these free of charge and upon receipt at our warehouse we will happily issue you with a refund. Despite emails telling us that our order was being delivered or that it had been delivered it has never actually been delivered. Several days later and searching around I found that a local business with a different name and address had taken delivery of our cartridges and put them in their store cupboard. There was no contact from anyone to say where the package had been left, not from Cartridge People, nor the van driver, nor the other business. We were open for business at all times and our name and door number are clearly prominent.

Last delivery 20% of generic cartridges didn't work and they use Evri for deliveries so we have cancelled our account.

Cartridge People side of things, absolutely fine. However, their chosen delivery company, Evri, appalling Bearing in mind it was clearly marked Next Day, I was contacted on Three separate occasions (different days), to say my delivery was out that day, and then when we were told the delivery had been made - we received nothing. On reviewing the photo provided by Evri, it was clearly not our house. Alot of effort was put in by ourselves, and others, to try and identify where it had been deliverd to. Package eventually found, days later, on doorstep of Borley Lodge Cottage, in middle of Village, totally open to the elements. It's the third failed Evri delivery during December. In future I will try and avoid companies using Evri as their chosen delivery operator - they are dreadful. Hence low rating.

Ordered ink cartridge 30/12/24. Had email from Evri on 30/12 to say they had received the order, next email from Evri not until 6/1/25 said that they were unable to deliver today and would try again Mon 13/1/25!!!!! No explanation as to why they were unable to deliver on the 6/1. Rang Cartridge People and cancelled order. Placed order with Amazon and received next day. Won't be using Cartridge People again unless they change their courier.
