Bad experience. I ordered the ink absorber on Fri but still I couldnt get it Tue. I can print my stuffs for a few days. If you need urgent stuffs, don't count on it.

I was completely unimpressed with the magenta cartridge from my last order on 13/02/2025. All cartridges were replaced on 15/02, yet the magenta has already run out, while the other cartridges are still half full, as shown in the attached picture. This suggests that the 'own-brand magenta cartridge' was either faulty or significantly lower in capacity than expected.

Still not received my cartridges after 13 days. Evri got my cartridges on 26th Feb but it is the 9th March today and still not delivered to me.

For ther first time I ordered CP own brand replacement ink cartridge for my canon 4250 printer.I have previously only purchased genuine Canon cartridges. After the first few prints the printer failed giving a read out advising it must be taken to a Canon technician for repair.The printer heads are parked in a position from which thier removal is immposible. As a new printer of similar type costs around £55.00 i decided a trip to a repair shop was not viable so have purchased a new HP ink refilable ink tank printer.I would strogly recommend that only genuine Canon cartridges are purchased for Canon printers.

I paid £20 in postage to return a wrong order. The order was messed up due to stupid telemarketing.

Hi I regret that I am unable to give you a good reveiw as the cartridge you sent me failed to register with the printer. On checking with the coding strip on the rear of the cartridge against the used cartridge it was replacing I can see that the coding dots are not quite in the same position. I regret that I have not returned your cartridge as I have had other matters to attend to but will do so when I have mote time available. David Bottrell

Total crooks. Sent me fake cartridges when I ordered genuine Eposoin cartridges. Have refused to send a refund even though I returned the cartridges. They paid for the return so the confirmation email was sent to them. They have no reason to delay repayment. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU FAKE CARTRIDGES THAT CAN DAMAGE YOUR PRINTER.

Good Afternoon, I am sorry you feel this way. We supplied the Epson original cartridges as you ordered. When you queried your refund, we asked for the proof of postage so we could speed the refund up, however this wasn't passed to us. Dont buy from these people Tey phone and get you to change your order and then when the goods arrive all the ink is flowing out of the cartridges they also get you to buy some paper which you did not order nor want I ad to theow all the carridges away

Not the same Cartridge People branded ball point pens as supplied before. Cheap. Nasty. Old ones were larger, more comfortable to use (with silver metal clip).

Iam disappointed with your service, because the printer ink you sent me was not full, the printer immediately after inserting the ink sent a message that there was little ink, and yesterday I had to buy a new one, I will not buy from you again.

Regarding the planning of the order and delivery; could not fault. After planning the order, on the other hand, I was surprised at what happened next. I received an email straight after planning the order, stating we NEED to talk to you about your order, please contact this number. It was a sales scam. I was offered a set of replacement cartridges, not original, but compatibles. And if I ordered them directly, they would be at the bargain price of, if memory serves me, £62. For one set. Typically, one set, should be around &10. That is pressure selling, intended to catch people off guard, and is reprehensible behaviour. It had soured any potential relationship I may have had with them in the future.

Print cartridge was rejected by printer. Gemma sugested a few things to do but unfortunately they didn't work. She has arranged for a replacement item by post. Thank you Gemma.

I'm afraid not a good service this time. I ordered on 4th February. The order was lost by Avri ☹️I had to ring you a couple of times. You reordered on 11th February and I received the second order on the 12 February. Good service recovery 😀
