Cartridge People supply as promised. Delivery company EVRI ( formerly Hermes ) are not good. Twice delivered to wrong address. Hermes had a rotten reputation so they changed their name but not improved the service. Whilst Cartridge People use EVRI I will no longer use them.

I have used cartridge people several times. But just before Christmas, phoned them with my order. they reassured me it would be delivered Christmas Eve. DPD was used, they had no excuse not to have delivered as I was in all-day and my front door was open. So no excuse. For them not to have delivered. Had a message from DPD saying they had apparently attempted delivery. Drive had only taken a photo from outside looking down the Road not even showing our flat with the open door. Drivers name was Critophor. They use Rvri and DPD. suggest they changed to UPS. I would rather pay a little more for delivery and know that the items are going to be delivered and instructions followed.

I had ordered your "compatible" black ink for my Canon TS5750 printer, but the printer would not accept it. It took a few days with many suggestions from you, mostly blaming the printer not your cartridge, before eventually Rachael kindly agreed to my suggestion to replace your cartridge with the genuine Canon one. Everything has worked fine sinse then. Thanks

My order was delivered after 7 days with one item short and no packing note. But it was put right with the missing item delivered separately following exchange of emails.

You are all helpful nd pleasant people at CP but you delivery arrangements are abysmal. Never used to be like this but since you changed to EVRI...hopeless!! Delivery was non existant. When I complained, the cartridge was sent back to you. Thus after 2 weeks, I still did not receive my cartridge. Cancelled the order and ordered elsewhere.

Have used many times, but latest the delivery did not match that fort which I paid extra. Paid for BEFORE 10.30 am delivery and did not arrive until 10.45 am This may be small, but I had urgent copying do do and it delayed me

The deliveries are quick and I love all the marketing bits I receive with my order, like a pen and notepad, but if I was mobile and able to purchase cartridges in person i am sure there are are products that are cheaper and would last longer, my last cartridge lasted 6 weeks and i am only doing domestic printing

For my first order, for one HP339 cartridge, I received instead two wrong ones! I decided to give CP another chance so reordered once my refund was in place and this time I got what I wanted. Custome r Service Cazz was on the ball, so I'll use CP again.

The product itself was very good but there was no facility for returning the old cartridge and the local authority was not able to recycle it. In future I will go back to the usual product so that I can return the empty cartridge for reuse

placed order(GB241125-LA6360231) FOR bROTHER MONO LASER PRINTER, DEL"D OK IN GOOD TIME. SADLY THE PRINTER IS FAULTY & I am in contact with Hannah in cust service. have tried some actions as suggested but problems remain & I am looking to have the printer replaced as it is not useable as it is.

While the customer service is good, they have unfortunately chosen to use Evri as their courier. First set of cartridges got lost, by Evri, and had to wait for a clearing window before they sent a second set.

Decent value for money and prompt delivery but a recent order lead to 3 calls from them trying to pressure sell their own products.

Rating reduced because of - not for the first time - extremely poor delivery by courier CP seem reluctant to abandon. Alleged safe delivery meant leaving package hanging on outsude of front door from letter box flapn in full view of street and liable to be stolen. CP response was basically "tough". Consideriung changing my ink supplier.

I inserted all the inks and they all showed as OK. When I came to print, it was obvious that the black was not printing at all I telephoned yhour customer services and the lady said the black appeared to be faulty and she sent me a new one which I hope to receive today.

The last delivery was made by a different courier than Royal Mail. One end of the Jiffy bag was soaking wet and the water had penetrated to some of the enclosed cardboard boxes. This problem had occurred in transit and not on delivery. I believe the courier was Evri. My neighbours an myself have had some bad experiences with this company.
