“I have always found Cartridge Peopleto be helpful, and orders arrive swiftly. One thing puzzles me. You regularly offer a discount and give a code to enter when ordering. I enter the code and it is not accepted, so I can never get the discount. Can you explain please?”

We do offer discounts and vouchers from time to time; however, these are rarely available on original manufacturer products due to the higher purchase costs from our suppliers. That said, we always aim to offer the best possible prices to our customers. We monitor our competitors’ prices daily, reviewing retailer sites as well as listings on Google Shopping and other price comparison platforms, to make sure we remain competitive. We also offer a price promise. In the unlikely event that you find the same product at a lower price with another UK-based retailer, we will refund 110% of the difference within 7 days of your purchase. “Excellent company! I have bought cartridges from Cartridge People for many years now. The delivery is superb, it seems that I have barely closed the computer after ordering when there is a knock at the door and my order has arrived! The cartridges are wrapped securely and...the pen inside is very useful!”

“Re GB260528-LA7379710. I mistakenly ordered the wrong cartridges so followed the helpful advice on the website. I returned the cartridges the following day (2nd June) and paid over £10 for next day guaranteed service to expedite the matter. I obtained a proof of posting. I hadn't heard anything by 5th June, so tried to telephone but a recorded message said the office was closed. I sent an email to customer service and was shocked to receive a reply stating that there was 'nothing on the notes to show that we have received items back...' So, I forwarded a copy of my proof of insurance. I was then advised (by Phil) that he had requested an update from the warehouse and once the items were logged back into the system I would receive a refund ... within three working days! I still await a refund before I can place an order for the correct cartridges.”

“I was very disappointed at hard you have made it to order Ink Cartridges, have to tell the Printer make, model & series. When before you just scroll down to the Ink you required, you then paid got a confirmation, that was that that. This time I tried & tried till in the end, I rang your customer service & complained the lady I spoke to (who was very nice) It then appeared how I what it & I ordered what I required.”

“I cannot fault this Company. Apart from always giving good value for money, they could not be more helpful when a problem occurs. “I didn't have a bad experience, it was a very good experience. I ordered something that I later realised I didn't need, I already had a stock that I had forgotten about. I sent a cancellation message which was dealt with very promptly and efficiently by Emma who arranged the cancellation and a refund. I was very impressive with such satisfactory and friendly service.”
