Brought Cartridge's own brand ink but so far haven't been able to get it to work in my printer.

The home brand toners did not work in my printer. After following the troubleshooting options I had wasted an hour of my time without a solution. The packaging for one of the toners was inadequate (the chip had no protective cover and the foam, was very thin and loose inside the box). The design of each toner differed to the originals: the handle by which to extract the toner was upside down and hard to reach once inserted. I'm terms of service, the phone service was very professional, but I had to complain for credit to be applied to my account so I could order new toners before they received the returned items. This service was not possible when I asked the phone representative. The delivery was fast however, and I know next time to avoid the home brand toner.

The service I had received was excellent, but the last batch of 4 colours that I installed on my Epsom.XP2100 did not function at all. I had to order a further set of inks from Epsom and then all was well. I have to assume your inks were not compatible with Epsom printer.

I have always relied on CP to provide me with cartridges for my printers over the years. However recently I purchased a black ink C-540XL which didn't work properly after installing. I re-fitted the cartridge and it worked fine. The next time I used the printer same result - no black printing once again after removing and re-loading the cartridge it again worked fine. This is now the default mode of operation of my printer - remove and re-install the 'compatible' cartridge. This is not acceptable to me - what is your solution??

I bought a spare toner cartridge for my Samsung printer in September but finally fitted it yesterday. Result was toner smears and the printer intermittently failing to see the cartridge. Not impressed so far.

The non branded cartridge description suggests they are guaranteed to work in the same way as branded bit they don’t! The printer error message states that they are NOT compatible

However, I can't see that you have ordered compatibles from us, your one and only order (GB211107-LA4471638) was for an original Epson 33 Photo Black Ink Cartridge. Every time before I can send anything to print, I have to take out each cartridge, give them a shake, put them back into the printer otherwise all I get are blank pages.

I wanted to print a picture and it didn't. the colors are pale. color cartridge is not good at all. I recommend you buy the original.

Disappointed as I tried to re order whilst overseas only to be told that the courier I was using was classified as a distributor,- This was not the case and explained on email whereupon I was told I could re order - I did only for it to be cancelled again !!!

I was disappointed to find when the ink that arrived had to be put into a plastic bag by the post office for safety as the original packaging was battered. The ink boxes inside were also battered, but thankfully the ink had not spilt out. It was apparent that the original envelope packaging was of a thin quality, not what someone would have expected taking into account that spillage could have created such a lot of mess. I have dealt with Cartridge People in the past with no issues, but if the standard of packing is like this in the future, then I would have to look for another supplier. Thank you

Whilst the toner was delivered promptly there appears to be no recycling scheme for individual purchasers. As a result, I will not use this company again. They should include prepaid return labels.

We do have recycling schemes for all of our cartridges and do send out recycling bags for used ink toners, but we're unable to include return labels for toner cartridges as these need to be created online. I spend approximately £50 on a set of Epson replacement cartridges which sometimes print well and sometimes really don't. They don't last long either and the £10 I'm saving on the actual Epsom cartridge price from their site isn't worth the problems this poor printing quality has caused me. I've never had poor quality cartridges from the Cartridge People before so this has been disappointing :(

Good service when first dealing with customer service for replacing faulty black cartridge. That also wouldn't work so suggested original rather than compatible. No immediate response to that email. Phoned and agreed refund to apply against original cartridge purchase. Web site very clunky. Couldn't see purchase of black only, so ordered set, but then the order was placed without credit allowance. So had to phone again to get refund to card, to offset purchase. I found the single item later so know for future, but navigation on website is not well organised. Not impressed

Dear Michael, Thank you for taking the time to write your review, I'm sorry to hear that one of your cartridges wouldn't work in your printer and for any delayed responses to your emails, we can take up to 24 hours to reply at busy times. The refund was processed for you initially as a credit but it doesn't look like this was applied to your subsequent order, this can only be applied online by the customer at the time of purchase. However, as discussed with my colleague this morning, we're happy to now convert this to a refund to your payment card, this has been processed this morning. The easiest way to view the full range, with prices, is to visit our website, and simply type your printer model number or the cartridge number into the quick search facility at the top of the screen and ensure that you select the correct printer from the drop down list provided. Good morning, Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to hear that your order was placed for the wrong cartridges for your printer, our returns policy is that we are happy to provide a Credit into your Account towards future purchases or a refund for any items which are unwanted or ordered in error provided they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase and the packaging, including inner seal/bag, must be unopened. Unfortunately, as you have opened the seal on this cartridge we are unable to process a refund for you, we did contact you at the time to discuss this further. I ordered a full set for my printer and now the colour being printed is very poor and definitely not correct, the red colours don't seem to be coming out right.
