Disappointed as I tried to re order whilst overseas only to be told that the courier I was using was classified as a distributor,- This was not the case and explained on email whereupon I was told I could re order - I did only for it to be cancelled again !!!

I was disappointed to find when the ink that arrived had to be put into a plastic bag by the post office for safety as the original packaging was battered. The ink boxes inside were also battered, but thankfully the ink had not spilt out. It was apparent that the original envelope packaging was of a thin quality, not what someone would have expected taking into account that spillage could have created such a lot of mess. I have dealt with Cartridge People in the past with no issues, but if the standard of packing is like this in the future, then I would have to look for another supplier. Thank you

Whilst the toner was delivered promptly there appears to be no recycling scheme for individual purchasers. As a result, I will not use this company again. They should include prepaid return labels.

We do have recycling schemes for all of our cartridges and do send out recycling bags for used ink toners, but we're unable to include return labels for toner cartridges as these need to be created online. I spend approximately £50 on a set of Epson replacement cartridges which sometimes print well and sometimes really don't. They don't last long either and the £10 I'm saving on the actual Epsom cartridge price from their site isn't worth the problems this poor printing quality has caused me. I've never had poor quality cartridges from the Cartridge People before so this has been disappointing :(

Good service when first dealing with customer service for replacing faulty black cartridge. That also wouldn't work so suggested original rather than compatible. No immediate response to that email. Phoned and agreed refund to apply against original cartridge purchase. Web site very clunky. Couldn't see purchase of black only, so ordered set, but then the order was placed without credit allowance. So had to phone again to get refund to card, to offset purchase. I found the single item later so know for future, but navigation on website is not well organised. Not impressed

Dear Michael, Thank you for taking the time to write your review, I'm sorry to hear that one of your cartridges wouldn't work in your printer and for any delayed responses to your emails, we can take up to 24 hours to reply at busy times. The refund was processed for you initially as a credit but it doesn't look like this was applied to your subsequent order, this can only be applied online by the customer at the time of purchase. However, as discussed with my colleague this morning, we're happy to now convert this to a refund to your payment card, this has been processed this morning. The easiest way to view the full range, with prices, is to visit our website, and simply type your printer model number or the cartridge number into the quick search facility at the top of the screen and ensure that you select the correct printer from the drop down list provided. Good morning, Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to hear that your order was placed for the wrong cartridges for your printer, our returns policy is that we are happy to provide a Credit into your Account towards future purchases or a refund for any items which are unwanted or ordered in error provided they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase and the packaging, including inner seal/bag, must be unopened. I ordered a full set for my printer and now the colour being printed is very poor and definitely not correct, the red colours don't seem to be coming out right.

I'm affraid after buying the set. We foùnd that there was no black but a extra cyan in the black box.

I was persuaded to buy CartridgePeoples own brand of re manufactured ink cartridges by the claim that they were designed to get round the usual error messages and work perfectly in my HP printer. Unfortunately this was not the case so I have gone back to original manufactured ones

This is a follow on to "own brand cartridges" for epson 1500 cartridges, have uploaded photo's so you can see the result of 6 weeks on our front door, not so bad(not good either)under the Sellotape, but worrying if you do a print and intend to sell it! I have ones done with original inks and they last far longer, when I restock with original ink will upload a direct comparison.

Good afternoon Thank you for your review. Initial print quality between dye and pigment ink is virtually the same. Both the vibrancy and colour reproduction look very similar. It is hard to tell the difference between dye and pigment ink when comparing quality not looking side by side. All inks, whether dye or pigment, will begin to fade over time. Dye ink, generally, is recommended for indoor use on products. If exposed daily to direct sunlight or bright indoor lights, dye inks may start to fade quickly. Pigment ink has a superior UV resistance and therefore is selected when many years of indoor use or up to two years of outdoor life is required with little fading. Dye inks are able to provide softer colours which look more vivid and brilliant than the pigment ink. They may come off when in contact with water unless printed on special coated label material. The print is water-resistant as long as the label does not rub against anything disturbing. When it comes to quality generally spoken dye ink wins. Pigment inks tend to be lighter in colour than dye they are more water-resistant while producing a truer solid black than dye. The pigment ink holds its colour, quality and vibrancy better than dye. At the end of the day, your choice depends upon two things – what kind of things you want to print and how much you are willing to pay. · Choose pigment if you want longevity. · Choose pigment if your prints will see a lot of sunlight. · Choose pigment if you’re printing on glossy paper. · Choose dye if colour quality is important. · Choose dye if price is a concern. · Choose dye if you want to avoid smudging. The replacement HP301 cartridges was not fit for purpose, the printer did not recognise them. No amount of cleaning heads ect. did the trick. Then bought genuine stock, worked first time. Waste of money, it is not worth trying to save on inferior products.

The quality of ink wasn't to my expectations, I assumed I was buying original inks instead these are clearly refills. unlikely to purchase from cartridge people again, sorry.

Disappointed. Poor quality. After abou 100 prints, the cartridge leaves a blank line cross the text making it look like it's running out of ink.
