Colour cartridge was fine but my hp printer did not register the black ink and actually said on the app that there was a problem as a foreign cartridge was installed and wouldn’t accept it I won’t buy them again and will stick to the genuine product

Cartridges work and print but do not display ink levels on hp 5100 printers. So hit and miss and guess work as to how much ink is left.

The own-brand ink which is sold as high quality and just as good as OEM, doesn't appear to be. It took many many cycles of test prints and head cleaning to get it to print and it's still not quite right. Never had any issues like this with OEM cartridges. Purchasing and delivery were good, just the product has let them down.

Product arrived on time well packed & it was competitively priced. What wasn't so good was the hectoring phone call & received from one of your sales morons trying to persuade me to change the order from Canon cartridges to cartridge people own brand ones. We run a design / manufacture business & have been using Canon printers for over 15 years. I'm the customer & I know what I want. Got that?

The only bad thing about my order was DPD delivering to a drop off point in town rather than my address. If I’d wanted to go to a shop why order/pay to have it delivered to my home? Very poor service

Your order was upgraded to DPD due to the weight of the parcel but it looks like they attempted to deliver to the wrong address, which is why it ended up at a collection point. The order arrived very quickly, but unfortunately the black cartridge did not work in my Canon printer and I had to order a genuine Canon cartridge. I haven't tried the colour cartridge yet. Previous cartridges have worked OK, but that was on an older Canon printer. A bit of a disappointment.

Fast delivery, service was good when placing an order, aftercare shocking... We made a purchase online, received a phone call and swapped our order on the understanding your own ink would not cause an error on the printer, complete lie as it does not show the ink level and the printer says its out of ink, emailed yourselves a month ago with still no reply, will not use your company again

The yellow ink cartridge was not recognised by my printer even after numerous attempts, resets, etc. After sending a query to Cartridge People and not receiving a response I had to buy replacement ink from elsewhere. I was not able to print at all which I know was not your company’s fault but it would have helped to receive a response. Thanks.

Received a call to say I could receive 2 comparable cartridges for the price of 1 genuine cartridge and they were the same price. They then said they would send a couple of promotional products. When they arrived I realise the cartridges were less than the original and I had been charged for the promotional products to make up the cost! I was quite happy with cartridge people before this incident!

Having used Cartridge People for over two years, I have recently had two bad experiences. I was preparing a new black T2991 cartridge for my Epson printer, and when I pulled off the yellow tag black ink started to drip out of the orifice that had been covered by the tag. Luckily the ink went over my hands and onto my desk, not onto the carpet, which would have been disastrous. Cartridge People replaced the cartridge. Some days later, my printer ceased to print using black ink, though the other colours still worked normally. Eventually I was able to restore black printing by cleaning the print head with a hot cleaning fluid and blotting paper - twice! This had never happened before when I used to use original Epson cartridges, so I am losing confidence in Cartridge People cartridges.

This was my first purchase from Cartridge People - an HP62XL Black for the HP Envy 5640. Price and delivery were excellent. However, it doesn't print cleanly - faint streaks of black show on the unprinted part of the paper on some pages. I did the HP cartridge clean and page smears clean, but with the same result. Maybe the cartridge I received was not up to your usual standard?

I had to purchase several Brother (own make) cartridges from you recently. This was because your compatible cartridges that I had in stock, failed to work in my printer - 3 'compatible' cartridges wasted!

Service was fine until it emerged that my order had been delayed while they tried to contact me to convince me to buy the knock-off cartridges instead, and then pressured me when I said no. Don't think I'll be back.
