“Sam was very patient with me in processing my order because I was having some issues with my payment on line. It is also worth noting that Evry delivered the Cartridges on the designated day, leaving the parcel in the safe place. No wonder that I have remaind a customer for many years, long may that continue.”

“Gemma and the team at Cartridge People were absolutely brilliant. I placed an order and later realised it was being delivered to our old company address rather than our new one, which was my mistake as I should have checked the details more carefully. I contacted Cartridge People about the delivery issue, and Gemma did an excellent job of recalling the delivery and arranging for it to be resent to the correct address. I’m really grateful for the help and impressed with how quickly and professionally everything was handled. I don’t use Cartridge People very often, but this experience has definitely given me confidence in them. Fantastic customer service and absolutely worthy of a 5-star review.”
