“Tried to place an order three times on three different days but the Cartridge People system was down. Very frustrating. When my cartridges arrived the poor packaging was damaged as was one of the cartridges. A code I was given to apply at the point of payment was not accepted by the person I spoke to despite my informing them of the problems I had experienced over the previous three days. Poor customer service.”

“Thev cartridges arrived very promptly! I had ordered on my phone not computer so I had no invoice details. Lucy very promptly sent the invoice onto me and amended email details to update my account. Lucy was extremely helpful, prompt and keen to help.”

“Initially I wasn’t pleased with the service because after 14 days I had not received my purchase of an Epsom printer. Time had passed but I was busy and questioned the company a little late. Customer service was brilliant. The person I spoke t( I have forgotten his name) listened and immediately apologised. He tracked the parcel and discovered where the hold up was. He sent out another printer and o received it the next day. I believe with a different company . So I can now print off my Christmas letter!.”

“Original order had a defective cartridge. When I rang up about, my call was answered instantly, and the lady very efficiently took me through a fault finding process, when this was fruitless, it was agreed to send out a replacement cartridge without any fuss - the whole call only took five minutes. The replacement cartridge arrived the next day, even through the Christmas post/”

“I just want to say that their customer service is exceptional i emailed earlier today and Gemma answered me immediately and was extremely helpful in sorting out my issue, which really was the fault of the courier and not cartridge people, many thanks, Marian”

“Marianne looked after me so well. We really got on over the phone and although the problem could not be sorted due to the printer itself, she told me what I could do and how as regards financial returns from them as the machine was no longer viable. I have used The Cartridge People for so, so many years now and am so glad after all this, that I've been loyal lol.”

“Superb customer service I have dealt with Cartridge People on numerous occasions over the years and have always been very happy with both their products and their service. Several weeks ago I placed and order with them and a couple of days later I received a message from the delivery company that there was a problem with my delivery. I contacted Cartridge People and they very kindly sent out a replacement package with the same delivery people, who once again failed to deliver my parcel as there was "a problem". Once again, I contacted Cartridge People, who were very apologetic and understanding, and offered to forward another package. They asked if I would be happy with a different courier. Yes please!!! I am pleased to say that my parcel arrived today as arranged, together with a complimentary pen. Lovely company to deal with. My future orders for cartridges will be from Cartridge People.”

“It appears that an update to my printer managed to take the printer offline at a critical time for me. However, with help from Customer Services and, in particular, Melanie, I am pleased to say that the problem was resolved and normal service was restored promptly. From a satisfied customer 😊.”

“The Cartridge People is a commendable company offering outstanding customer service and support. My most recent order, which was despatched imminently, failed to arrive due to poor carrier reliability. Contacting CP who were profusely apologetic even though they had fulfilled their obligation, they re issued my order. On the second occasion it did not arrive again down to carrier failure. Finally CP sent the parcel by a different carrier and it arrived this morning. Throughout this ongoing issue I was supported by Alison who provided professional, courteous and patient service. I remain grateful for the time given in resolving this issue. Thank you.”

“Following the loss of my order during delivery by Evri , thank you for the help yesterday (15 DEC) given by one of your colleagues (Louise) to assist us in completing the print tasks we were needing. We were able to cancel the ‘lost’ order and substitute a new replacement order with the carriage to ensure delivery today which has just taken place. A refund of the cost of the lost order was also made for us at the same time. Splendid help and service. Happy Christmas.”
