“Have been a (private) customer for some years, buying copy paper, Toner cartridges and Ink cartridges - all own brand. Only twp problems: once missed entering a code for dscount, rectified quickly by a chat which allowed me to obtain the discount credit: second was a leaking toner cartridge, rectified by them supplying a replacement after a chat with Sheree. Totally satisfied with products and service, particularly Sheree. Geoff (age 96)”

“I have used Cartridge People for many years and always found the service efficient, speedy and very helpful. My elderly printer seems to be dying and Phil has been wonderful helping me try to revive it with good advice and replacing relevant cartidges in the hope they help.”

“I had amazing support from Caroline when I had a problem with a cartridge. After following her advice and the problem remained. Caroline said she would post out a replacement. This replacement arrived the next day and I can now print again! Great service and very helpful advice. Thank you. Heather Cox”

“Lindsay was very helpful thank you when I thought I had a problem with a cartridge but it was my fault as I hadn’t removed it from its printer casing. Having said that I have been having an issue with my printer not connecting with my computer now but not sure what the cause is. I might be getting back to you but a friend is looking at it st the moment.”

“Had an issue with their own brand cartridges, which turns out is due to printer firmware updates. What I didn’t know is that Cartridge People offer a 3 year guarantee for this very reason. I was contacted by Helen to advise me of this and she sorted a new order and directed me to customer services to raise an issue with my previous orders. George was straight on to this and once I provided the requested evidence of the issue he refunded me for my installed cartridge and arranged a credit for the other previous faulty one. All this within a few hours. I have to say customer service cannot be faulted!”

“Superb customer service from Lucy. I purchased third party cartridges which didn’t work in my printer due to manufacturer restrictions, beyond my or Cartridge People’s control. Lucy talked me through options and workarounds. When these didn’t work, Lucy provided a full refund without question. Gave me a lot of confidence in the company and would definitely buy from Cartridge People again”

“I tried the own brand cartridge. At first, my printer did not recognise the cartridge but I followed the instruction to clean the copper strip, then the printer worked fine. If I have no further problems, I will buy this again.”
