“Very helpful, extremely informed; offer guidance without pushing for a sale. Importantly, their product works ! I purchased a full set of cleaning cartridges for Epson printer and am delighted with the results. I also purchased a new maintenance kit at almost half the price of an Epson original Will happily recommend this company and staff”

“Brilliant help and advice, printer has decided to give up printing greetings cards and after speaking to these helpful ladies I didn't realise recently purchased cartridges, I am able to return them unopened as I am with the time frame, I know once I purchase a new printer these cartridges will not fit! I will definitely continue to buy from The Cartridge People! Thank you”

“I ordered the incorrect cartridges on the Friday, I filled in the online form to cancel on the Sunday and first thing on Monday Emma had processed the instructions and issued the refund. Great service.”

“I had a problem installing the ink cartridge (own brand) as the printer would not recognise it. Phil organised a replacement to be sent without any hassle, a refreshing change to proper customer service. Thanks Cartridge People.”

“Sam from cartridge people tried to ring me over my experience on friday trying to contact over a couple of failed printer cartridges, but managed to get through to Caroline today who dealt with my issue. It was hopefully resolved, got a refund for one of the two cartridges that didn't work.. (kept in storage my end, in case i ran out of ink, but didn't work when i needed them), and I believe (although nothing showing in my account), I new single HP301XL own brand ink cartridge been sent out as a replacement for my other order.”

“I recently purchased two Own Brand ink cartridges for a Canon Pixma TS5150 from Cartridge People.The cartridges arrived very quickly,worked straight away and they provided the means to dispose of the old cartridges. The cartridges were also great value. Excellent service - what's not to like.”

“I decided to go back to Cartridge People for my ink as found their own brand last a lot longer. As I am in north of Scotland Evri are useless for deliveries and after a week of the parcel sitting at delivery depot got in touch with cartridge people and Alison in customer services was very quick and efficient in sorting a new delivery of my order via DPD instead. In future will definitely order from them again now I know there is another delivery option.”

“For the second Order in a row, part of our Order wasnt delivered. Sam at Customer Service was very polite and helpful, hopefully the latest delivery will be completed tomorrow. All businesses make mistakes or have things go wrong outside of their control; some supplier staff don't care, some are unhelpful, some are even aggressive, what matters is what a business does to rectify faults when they occur, as inevitably will happen from time to time; Cartridge People Customer Service staff are polite, helpful (thanks Sam) - this business is very good at getting things back on track, and they should be applauded for that.”
