“CP provided my order quickly, at a reasonable price. However, I couldn't find the actual cartridge that I wanted so ordered a pair of smaller capacity cartridges instead. I ordered makers proper cartridges as i did have a problem with the last refurbished cartridge that I bought from CP.”

They were out of stock of one of the items on my order and rather than just email me they phoned me to apologise and offered me other products at a significantly higher value so instead of being disappointed I was delighted.
