I have used Cartridge People for my Ink supplies for several years and until my last order (June 2020) the service has been excellent. Latest order received with the colour cartridges but not the Black large capacity cartridge. I had to email twice (more than 10 days apart) before I received a response, which told me not to send multiple emails related to one issue, and said they respond within 2 days.. .which self evidently is not the case. I just want the missing cartridge as ordered. ..is this so difficult ?

I must be honest and explain that I thought I was ordering 4 lots of 4 cardridges from the way the website is presented and the price. I admit some ignorance too, not much experience doing the replacement on my own due to isolation.

Purchased compatible to Canon cartridges. Price appeared good, but false economy. Poor quality, Used for domestic use, not used every day. Print head dries out in between use, therefore have problems printing every time. Regret not buying Originals.

The two replacement cartridges purchased appear to be of poor quality. Whilst they will print satisfactorily this only happens when the cartridge is removed from the printer and the ink section cleaned. It will then continue printing satisfactorily but when the printer is closed down it is necessary to go through the process again when next starting printing.

Very prompt service / delivery. BUT the first cartridge lasted no time at all - approx 40 A4 pages. Now on second cartidge - see how that goes. I am recording pages printed. I am a light domestic user - not a business or anything. Very doubtful I will order these with you again. Sorry.

It's not the people but the product. I bought an equivalent to HP351X and it's already low on ink. I normally have a colour cartridge for 6 months or so but this one is apparently running out already. Ver disappointed.

Sadly on this occasion I cannot give a good review. The reason why is that the last cartridges I bought were certainly not compatible with my printer. I had to go out and buy some Canon cartridges at short notice to allow me to carry on printing. I did not contact cartridge people as I had damaged the cartridges in an attempt to make them operational and put the lack of compatibility down to experience.

After putting cartridges in my printer got message saying low on ink. Also boxes they came in were damaged. Not happy for the money I have spent

I was disappointed that you could not supply the HP 304 black cartridge and the alternative is not the best quality.

The 'own brand cartridges didn't work in my Canon printer. Switched back to Canon ones & it's fine. False economy for this printer to use 'own brand'. My Brother printer & my husband's Epson are fine with the Cartridge people brand - so you just have to experiment!

you said that the alternative would fit my hp printer. It did not work. The cartridge people are fine for original cartridges.

Cartridge arrived very quickly. Unfortunately my printer does not recognise the cartridge and wont operate as a result!

The process of ordering and the Delivery were fine, however I could only copy on the printer and it kept showing ink levels were zero. I can not print off from the computer
