The description said it was compatible with the Samsung printer I have but the printer does not recognise it so I have wasted my money.

The cartridge I received had been opened and the box was torn; the cellophane inner package was stuck together with tape. This was my first order so I was very disappointed. The customer service was excellent and I received a full refund.

My cartridges were supposed to be compatible to the hp printer I have but I’ve been unable to successfully get my printer to accept them. I would appreciate help with this.

The ink is not a genuine ink and when I printed the picture , the whole paper is in orange colour

Dear Graham, Thank you for your review. I have looked at your order and can see that it was myself that you spoke to with regards to the cartridges you ordered. The printer model you gave me was an HP deskjet 3520 which does indeed take the HP 27/28 cartridges as I doubled checked this when you called in. As you ordered incorrectly, the cost of the return should have been with yourself, but as a gesture of goodwill, I sent you a label to return free of charge and I have checked your details and I can see that refund has been processed for you already? I'm sorry you felt cause to complain, but I feel that I did deal with your issue quickly and efficiently and I hope that in doing so we will be keeping your custom. the ink I got from you was not compatable with my HP photosmart C3100, it will not accept it and as gone on lockout

I purchased three cartridges, 1 colour and 2 black all 545 XL, one of the black failed to work. I tried a number of times but still no go. I was very busy preparing a lot of paperwork for a meeting so had to use the second black cartridge which fortunately worked. this is the first time I have not bought Canon cartridges for this printer

Having used this company for many years with no complaints, I now find myself having to give such a poor review of how I consider that this company has lost its way. I have contacted them on 2 occasions recently enquiring as to why the magenta and light magenta cartridges of my Epson Stylus Photo R200 were leaking. I had no respose on either enquiry. Further to this I am constantly bombarded by averts for reduced prices, which are nothing more than £1.00 reduction on black only cartridges. On top of this, their prices have soared over the last year and I no longer feel that I am getting any increase in quality, or service, for this increase. I will be voting with my feet and shopping elsewhere.

order was cancelled as carriers, Fedex, insisted on a signature but were unable to tell me time of delivery. DPD & other carriers give the option of allowing items to be let in safe place thereby recipient assuming responsibility in case of loss.

Service etc efficient but the cartridge is not good value for money. Does last as advertised. Disapointed!

Never received my cartridges! We emailed to see if there was a delay only to be told they had proof of postage and that they had been sent.

Great fast delivery and all seemed to be going well untill I had to use the 3rd cartridge out of the six then they constantly kept blocking the print heads. Even after power cleaning I still had to do a head clean or vice-versa. Dumped all six cartridges and purchased original, I just hope they haven't damaged my new printer.

prices very good, delivery terrible.the parcel went to the wrong address twice even after contacting the delivery firm.It took two more vsits before I received the parcel by this time it had traveled so far it was no longer in a fit state.The paper was unwrapped, bent and in places unusable.

Ink quality is very poor and no good quality printing. Earlier purchase was really good so purchased ssme products but it fail to deliver quality. when it printing fade colour on one side.

Unfortunately - after adding the ink cartridge to my printer, the printer which is new, (this being the first replacement cartridge) has printed very poorly.
