Own brand ink is not compatible with my Canon Pixma Pro 10s. Printer recognized certain colours only intermittently, resulting in only 7 or 8 colours printing. Clearly unacceptable. The sales pitch is very good, but do your research! 2 stars given for quick and efficient resolution from Cartridge People.

I thought the cartridge was well priced and delivery very prompt. The cartridge appears to fit my printer (Epson XP540) but is not working. Help! So Service - great, product not.

I ordered a set of genuine HP colour laser carts on line, that was simple enough and delivery was speedy. What I really object to was the phone call 10 minutes after I ordered giving me the hard sell about changing the order to their own brand ones. I tried to explain that I hardly use that printer and I have tried non original ones in the past and they were no good. She was treating me like I didn't have a clue to the point of being rude. If I wanted their own brand I would have ordered them. In the end, after 10 minutes of hard sell rubbish I said that i would try theirs the next time - well there is not a chance of that. I would rather pay a bit more than have to put up with that again. I won't be back

Not impressed with your work ethics. You said the reason for charging 3 x the price that I paid for my previous order was the new supplier and more ink. The cartridges look the same and weighed the same. Therefore I feel you increased the price because demand has increased due to lockdown. Making money out of our present situation of Coronavirus is to me, not a good work ethic.

Dear Carol, Thank you for your feedback. I am not sure who has advised of the price increase information as I cannot see any notes on your most recent order. As a result of the Corona Virus in Europe, the collection of empty cartridges, the main component used in manufacturing, has been severely impacted. The cost of empty cartridges in China have therefore increased by 40%. Labour costs in China have also increased, as the availability of factory workers has been impacted by lockdowns and restriction of movement after Chinese New Year. In addition to the above, we have received a 5% increase in postal costs with effect from February 1st. If you take these price increases and currency fluctuations into account, you will see that we have not passed all of them on to our customers. I am sure that once retail and supply chains revert to normal, that price increases in most consumer goods purchased from China will be similar to those that you have experienced with your previous orders. I hope that the above explanation will satisfy you, and you are reassured that we are trying to maintain the best prices and quality for our customers. I was told the reason for the 3 times increase in price since I last purchased the cartridges was the new supplier and there was more ink. Cartridges are the same weight and look identical. I no longer think they are value for money. I feel the increase in price is due to increase in demand. It’s all about making money out of the Coronavirus. Poor work ethics. I am very sad and disappointed. 🤷‍♀️🙍🏼

Have always bought Cartridge People own brand compatible cartridges. Most recently, these were not available for my printer and was forced to buy OEM cartridges, which are double the price. I will have to find another supplier if this is a permanent problem.

Thought this site would offer cartridges at a good price but found my one on Amazon approx £4 cheaper. No problem I'll go to the Price Promise icon to let Cartridge People know. Had to scroll down and at the bottom was Amazon excluded. Understandable maybe but in future put the online sites that are excluded at the top of your page. Very disappointed.

I placed a order for toner as their product was less than half the price of the manufacturer's product. It arrived promptly but would not fit into my Brother printer properly; part of the problem was that the enclosed instructions mentioned features which the cartridge did not have. I phoned the helpline and was told that I had the correct product for my printer but was given no useful advice on what to do next. I have packaged the cartridge for return but have been unable to post it yet because of Coronavirus. I have not yet received reimbursment of the £16.90 I paid for it .

These cartridges are OK but I've had several sets of these and they dry up and fail when they get to about half full. Even with deep printer cleaning and head cleaning it makes no difference. So they are effectively costing twice as much to use than you think

Colour cartridge is very poor quality printed of a recipe and I could not read the dam thing would not recommend it to any persons

I’m writing this review not because I’ve installed the cartridge and found it to be good, but because I am being bombarded with spam daily by this company asking me to write a review. I’ve asked them to stop but this is the fourth email I’ve been asked to write a review. Not impressed. 1 star for harassment!

The description said it was compatible with the Samsung printer I have but the printer does not recognise it so I have wasted my money.

The cartridge I received had been opened and the box was torn; the cellophane inner package was stuck together with tape. This was my first order so I was very disappointed. The customer service was excellent and I received a full refund.

Dear Graham, Thank you for your review. I have looked at your order and can see that it was myself that you spoke to with regards to the cartridges you ordered. The printer model you gave me was an HP deskjet 3520 which does indeed take the HP 27/28 cartridges as I doubled checked this when you called in. As you ordered incorrectly, the cost of the return should have been with yourself, but as a gesture of goodwill, I sent you a label to return free of charge and I have checked your details and I can see that refund has been processed for you already? I'm sorry you felt cause to complain, but I feel that I did deal with your issue quickly and efficiently and I hope that in doing so we will be keeping your custom.
