“Finding Cartridge People online has been a major cost saving for my company compared to my previous supplier for printer cartridges. I just wish i had found them earlier. I am saving nearly 50% on each purchase compared to previous. Delivery is swift and communication pre - delivery is spot on. I strongly reccomend.”

“Best value that I could find for a single genuine Epson cartridge although still somewhat expensive. Quick delivery but in a somewhat extravagant package which may have inflated the delivery cost. Happy enough but not looking forward to the future cost of replacing the coloured inks with genuine cartridges.”

“Talk prompt service, ordered Friday wasn’t in a rush for re supply expected delivery Tuesday or Wednesday with standard delivery. No arrived Saturday! Sadly request to dpd for delivery options failed and outer packaging damaged, although contents secure.”

“Good customer service matters to me, so when I receive it, I like to take a moment to recognise it on platforms like this. I contacted Cartridge People because an invoice was missing from online. The toner arrived the next day as requested, but there was no invoice available to download. My call was answered quickly by Caroline, who immediately offered a solution. During the call, I received the invoice by email, and she explained why she believed it wasn’t available online, but would follow up. Although the call was brief, Caroline handled it confidently and courteously, and I felt my issue was taken seriously and resolved promptly. She’s a real asset to Cartridge People.”

“We have had a problem with the cartridges ,two no, you have supplied for my Lexmark printer. As these are not a lexmark unit they do not fit. I discussed this with Phil this morning. He couldn`t have been more helpful and fully understood the problem. He immediately arranged a credit and took a new order for a genuine Lexmark unit. The time to sort this matter was less than ten minutes with no fuss. This saved me valuable time. You have an excellent ambassador working for you. Clive T Turrell”

“I had an unusual problem with one cartridge from an order of 2 and submitted a form explaining the problem. Within a few minutes Marianne responded by email to let me know a replacement was on its way. I have experienced excellent customer service on several occasions but this outdoes them all!”
