Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery timescale. Having reviewed your order, I can see that it was dispatched on 01/09/2026 and delivered on 04/09/2026. At checkout, we offer a range of delivery options to suit different requirements. On this occasion, you selected our standard delivery service. While most standard deliveries arrive within two working days of dispatch, we do ask customers to allow up to five working days for delivery before contacting us. We appreciate that waiting for an order can be frustrating, particularly when you need it quickly. “As mentioned in an earlier review, the Cartridge People’s service was excellent with a rapid delivery of my ordered items. However, this was ruined by your use of EVRI to deliver my order. The driver did not let me know that he had left the items, in a padded bag, in my doorstep in the open on an extremely wet day. The bag and contents were soaked. It always happens with EVRI: their drivers never knock on the door or ring the door bell, resulting in items bring left in the rain, it liable to theft. Any experience with the Cartridge People is always ruined by EVRI. Why do you persist in using such an appalling delivery outfit?”

“Went with the cartridge people to get genuine epson spares, when I ordered it stated next day delivery, this took three days to arrive although I don't know if this was due to the cartridge people or the courier. Only received email stating delay in delivery nothing else till the day it arrived. All in all I got what I wanted but it was a good job I wasn't desperate to print any documents.”

“Having previously used this company very successfully for cartridges for my old printer, I recently bought a printer from them. I wasn't aware they did printers, but their name popped up when I was searching for a price for the printer I was interested in. There was a good description of the printer and the price was very competitive. The printer arrived swiftly. If they could improve one thing it would be the visibility in the post ordering process. Having ordered, there was nothing about the expected delivery time and I didn't receive any notice of despatch or tracking. As I was going away I called them and they explained the printer was coming from a third party but hadn't been despatched yet, if that was the case arrival would have been slow. About one hour later, knock on the door and there was the printer. On the one hand great as actually quick arrival, but it wouldn't have been good if we were out as stuff goes missing from our local front door steps and it would have been very obvious. This is the only part of the process that needs improved, but I would still use this company.”

“I was looking for Canon black and colour cartridges and looked at a few different companies. For exactly the same items, Cartridge People were £27 cheaper than the most expensive company I looked at!!! And I got free delivery and received the items within 2 days - excellent service all round.”
