I have been sold cartridges that don't work in my printer: they are the right fitting but nothing happens when I try and print with them. I did everything I should & checked there weren't any films over them etc. Total rip-off is putting it politely.

I purchased two compatible (apparently) HP cartridges for my HP Officejet printer. One would not register, therefore a complete waste of money and time. When I looked at the cartridge it seems at one time it had been an original HP cartridge but all the graphics on the case had been very amateurishly scratched out. Very disappointed that this sort of item should be sold as a compatible product. That’s the last time I will be using Cartridge People.

Very poor service from Simon Bennett. I reported that the cartridge did not fit in our machine. He was adamant we had the correct cartridge and was identical to our usual cartrdidge's even after photographic evidence was provided. Just hold your hands up appologize and say you will rectify the issue.

We do ask for photographs for when there is a problem with fit, so we can see if something, a cover or packaging, is still in place and the problem can be remedied quickly. This also helps us monitor the suppliers so as not to cause inconvenience to our customers. I can confirm that return instructions have been sent to you to enable you to send the toner back to us and we can take it up with the supplier. cartridge totally useless no problems fitting into printer until i turned printer on it jammed so had to dismantle printer to get cartridge out and fit another from another company

Beware you will receive a series of high pressure sales calls to buy their own brand product. The only way to get them off is to hang up on them. The rep just kept on and on telling me to change my order.

The contact with you by our Customer Advisor should have been to check that all your details were correct before release and that you were aware of the full range available to you and see if it was possible to save you money by offering our own branded product if suitable. Poor Service, and fraudulent manipulation of orders by substituting your own fake re-manufactured brand of substandard iNK cARTRIDGES INSTEAD OF THE CUSTOMERS' REQUIREMENTS of specified Originals with clear descriptioon sent to you. I wll NOT do bussiness with you ever again. You frustrate customers efforts and you waste customers valuable time and money with your inferiour products Promotional activities. SHAME ON YOU Cartridge Peploe. I akm now requesting a REFUND of my 101. 00 pounds Sterling. Swift service, but I shall be returning my last purchase as the black cartridge did not produce a single mark from either of my two printers. As my previous complaint a few months back was met with a promise to respond in full simply did not happen, I shall be buying cartridges elsewhere in future.

how can I write a review. I ordered printer ink, a man rang and pursueded me that I should have different cartridges which were "he said" better value. I have not used the cartridges yet so I dont know.

Terrible experience. I made an order for original Kyocera ink and Cartridge People did not fulfill the order. Their Sales call centre called me and e-mailed me trying to get me to cancel the order for the Kyocera ink and buy their own branded ink. . When I explained that the ink had clogged up my printer and I had to get a Kyocera to fix the printer, they said they would cover the cost, but then when I tried to make a claim, they started questionning the whole thing. This was a terrible experience. So dodgy to try to get me to cancel my Kyocera order and buy their own branded ink. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL.

I paid extra for next day delivery. The next morning I received a text from DPD saying " we missed you". We have a 24hr reception which I was actually standing at when the text came. The text said I could collect my package from the P.O. the next day. When I finally managed to get through to a real person at Cartridge People, I was told that I couldn't have a refund as the item had been dispatched. Fortunately I persevered, and was eventually given a refund. Needless to say, I won't be caught on the 'next day delivery' con again from Cartridge People.

In opting for non-branded replacement ink on occasions it doesn’t take to the printer and leads to poor quality printing. Unfortunately, on this occasion, it has happened.

All I would say is that you should use a different courier firm. Despite my paying you a premium fee, they left the parcel at an old people’s home down the road and having a completely different post code to me two day’s running and when I investigated there was a photo of your parcel outside the home about 50 yards away and curiously taken back by the each day. The courier firm customer service was hopeless - I couldn’t understand what was being said - and it was eventually agreed that I needed to pick the parcel up in our town centre last Tuesday but their confirmatory e mail said Saturday (now tomorrow). It was however there on Tuesday. Grotesque!

The cartridges i received do not print, my Epson printer tells me the cartridges not recognised . I request a full refund after a phone call saying 100% guarantee. Roger Jenkinson
