“I ordered inks for my printer, not the correct H P ones but substistute ones. These would not work on my computer and your complany gave me a full repayment. I then ordered the correct H P cartridge and was charge a minimal price. Wonderful service”

“Unfortunately my printer an HPDeskjet 3520 rejected your cartidges. The last time I purchased from you I bought HP cartidges, but I had been assured your cartidges would work too, so I gave them a go. Sadly they didn't all take. I had to keep switching between old HP cartidges and yours to get the black to work for example. Perhaps I should send yours back to you and ask for HP as before.”
