“I have used Cartridge People on a number of occasions over the last few years. Recently I found that there is a strong change in emphasis to pushing customers to order their own brand cartridges over dedicated cartridges such as Espon. This extends to contacting customers who have ordered non Cartridge People brands from their website and doing a 'hard sell'. The price of Cartridge People products is higher than other own brand versions and I will have to wait and see whether the price justifies the change of my order. I definitely felt pressured.”

“I have used your products for several years and recently purchased replacement ink cartridges (black and coloured) for my HP printer. Unfortunately the printer broke down and was replaced with a Canon. Both new inks have been opened. Do you know of somewhere I could send them - not necessarily for any refund, but so that they could be used rather than wasted? Just to say that when I need more ink for my new Canon printer, I will come to you first. I have always received friendly and helpful service from you and do recommend you to others. Thank you. “This was my second order of Cartridge People own brand high capacity ink cartridges after the first order of the same cartridges exceeded my expectations. The quantity of ink in the cartridges and price of the cartridges are far better than the equivalent "originals". Excellent all round service with rapid delivery.”

“I ordered Epson cartridges. Within minutes I had a call from their marketing asking if I wanted to swap to their own brand inks... if I'd wanted that I'd have ordered them! Although I got what I ordered and quickly, this aggressive marketing really leaves a bad taste, and along with the repeated emails demanding I complete this survey, means I won't be using them again.”
