cartridges did not fit in the printer and customer service was not happy to refund or send me original . I offered to pay the difference but he was adamant that I have to wait till he receives the goods back

Dear Subhash Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you had a problem with the cartridges that we supplied. I can see from the notes that my colleague asked if you could send a photograph of the cartridge which you had opened to enable us to assist you further, but this was not possible. I am unable to see a requested for original cartridges to be sent. I can confirm that a refund was issued on 09/02/2017, and should show in your account in 3-4 working days. Just replaced the black ink on my Epsom printer. Not satisfied with quality printing I keep cleaning the heads on my printer with no better quality print. I will have to purchase original Epsom ink cartridges

The cartridges arrived well packed and on time, which was great. That's where the quality ended. Magenta is dominating every print, so everything is coming out purple. Not so great when you are trying to print full colour documents. Its the first and last time I'll use a non genuine cartridge.

The colour cartridges were a problem to install. It was necessary to use the print head cleaning procedure several times before the colour ink came through properly and even then two of the cartridges leaked (Magenta and Yellow). Unfortunately these cartridges are not a satisfactory substitute for the original HP modules. It would be great if they were as the price is certainly right.

I queried the price of these cartridges prior to ordering, as they were considerably dearer than last time. I did not receive the courtesy of a reply. I do not think my 'opinion matters' to you at all.

Unfortunately, the cartridges (which were supposed to be compatible with my HP Photosmart C8180 all-in-one printer) leaked badly when installed, which required an in depth clean of the whole machine. I was not at all impressed to say the least. Clearly your cartridges are not compatible with my HP machine in spite of our advertisement material saying that they are!

Thank you for your review. I am terribly sorry to read that you received cartridges that have leaked. I can assure you that we do not purposely send out cartridges that are leaking, and unfortunately cartridge can get thrown around in the post service, and although very rare can become damaged. I see we have not had any correspondence regarding this from you. The cartridges you have ordered were original ink cartridges and HP will have covered this in your warranty. Also should your printer be damaged as a direct result of the cartridges (original or compatible) supplied to you by the Cartridge People, we will either replace or repair your printer free of charge. Iv'e found the online service & pricing of cartridges of very confusing. I ordered 1 set of cartridges & found that I had not put change of address. I quickly got through to customer service, but they told me I could not do anything about it because the order had gone through. I subsequently order another one. Which I have since received. I eventually got three cartridges, but the invoices quoted different prices I have now returned the tow I did not want,at my expense If you require further info, please contact me.

I am sorry to hear delivery took longer than expected. I can confirm that your order was dispatched on the same day of ordering. Deliveries usually arrive with within 3-4 days, from the dispatch date. However, our website states that Deliveries can take between 2 - 7 business days. We do rely on the postal service to deliver as soon as possible. We hold stock in multiple warehouses and utilise different delivery options, which helps us to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. We ensure the optimum method is chosen to enable speedy despatch and transit by selecting the appropriate carrier and we may also opt to ship items in more than one parcel and from more than one warehouse. This helps us provide a prompt service, particularly for multi-item orders. We find this also helps you, our customer, as a smaller packet will usually fit through your letterbox, saving you a trip to your local sorting office or having to arrange re-delivery.

Dear Mr Shuckard, Order Number GB170107-LA1822438 Thank you for your review. I’m sorry that you are having a problem with the C8767EE (339) Black compatible supplied by us. Have you tried either of the colours yet? There could possibly be a problem with the communication between the copper chip on the cartridge and your printer. This can occur during the manufacturing stage in the factory and is usually affected by dirt, such as dust or even a fingerprint. Please follow these cleaning instructions to resolve the problem: Place some old newspaper down to capture any spillage of ink. Remove the cartridge from your printer – switch your printer off. Using a piece of damp kitchen roll, gently wipe the copper plate on the cartridge. Allow the chip to dry. Once the chip are completely dry, re-install the cartridge into your printer and switch the printer back on. I would recommend that you run the print head cleaning program on your printer to clean the heads and push the ink through. For best results you should run the program three to four times. If you find that after following this procedure you are still having a problem please let me know by replying to this email and I would be happy to replace any non-working cartridge for you. Please retain any faulty cartridge as we would need to advise the correct returns procedure if necessary. I can confirm that your full order was dispatched to the delivery address given on 09/01/17. Please accept my apologies on behalf of Royal Mail for the delay in your order. Although they’re usually very efficient they can, on rare occasions, take longer than the estimated 2-7 days as stated on our website. Please can you check with your local Sorting Office to see if they are holding it there for you. We find that, on occasions, the post person doesn't always leave a calling card if they have been unable to deliver for any reason. I received the ink promptly, black and colour. I've now tried the colour and my printer, Canon Pixma, refuses to take it. Yes I tried everything. The black is fine and printing. Disappointed, hence my no reccommendation.

Ordered 2 items, a 10 ink pack and a 5 ink pack. Both Canon original inks. Expected 2 packages with in a couple of days as had been advised it was in stock. Unfortunately it wasn't. Over the next week 8 packages (8) arrived, some burst and the ink packaging damaged. Apparently they came from Switzerland! Sorry folks gotta do better than that.

in the past I have been very satisfied with the ink sent to me . however this time the ink is different. we asked for cartridges to suit a canon ip4600 and in the past have received c520 and 521. this time we have received c-cli521xl which do not operate every time with the printer. your comments would be appreciated as it appears we have been sent the wrong cartridges

I am sorry to hear you did not receive your complete order. I see from your order details that my colleague resent the missing item for you as we felt the item had got lost in the post. The missing items was dispatched on the 13th and should be with you anyday now.
