Ordered 2 items, a 10 ink pack and a 5 ink pack. Both Canon original inks. Expected 2 packages with in a couple of days as had been advised it was in stock. Unfortunately it wasn't. Over the next week 8 packages (8) arrived, some burst and the ink packaging damaged. Apparently they came from Switzerland! Sorry folks gotta do better than that.

in the past I have been very satisfied with the ink sent to me . however this time the ink is different. we asked for cartridges to suit a canon ip4600 and in the past have received c520 and 521. this time we have received c-cli521xl which do not operate every time with the printer. your comments would be appreciated as it appears we have been sent the wrong cartridges

I am sorry to hear you did not receive your complete order. I see from your order details that my colleague resent the missing item for you as we felt the item had got lost in the post. The missing items was dispatched on the 13th and should be with you anyday now.

I ordered a pack of six inks .Expected a pack of six inks in one box/container but I received three packs of two spread over a three day period . The cartridge I needed most arrived last .

Ordered 2 twin packs of cartridges, they arrived over two days in four separate envelopes, four sets of invoices & fours sets of postage from Switzerland- who at the end of the day is paying for this nonsense way of trading - the customer of course!

Price, delivery and dispatch all good but let down by the tape used to contain the ink in the bottom of the cartridge. When removing it, no matter how carefully, ink splatters around, should go back to the old method of plastic cover

We advise on our website a 2-7 day delivery window, though, through customer feedback, find most people receive their order within 3-4 days. Sorry but since you ask, I wasn`t happy. The cartridges sent were unsatisfactory; firstly they were recycled, which was not mentioned on the website, and secondly they simply did not function well. Despite repeated alignment and nozzle-clearing procedures the printing was poor, with white streaking. The black soon started to fade after two or three copies were printed. I have now binned the cartridges and the printer too, and purchased a new printer (HP ENVY 5540). Please note I`m far too busy to have the time to mess around posting the cartridges back to you for refund.

The lightbulbs supplied were not a standard size so do not fit the housing. Note to self: go to the local shop you lazy git. A photo of a product can be misleading.

Hi from Scotland … Recently purchased a couple of PIXMA Canon 3250 Black cartridges from you … they arrived safely . The first one kept giving me the message .. Ink needs replacing .. so I assumed it was 'one of those occasional faulty cartridges .. no one's fault ..it just happens, so I removed it and chucked….and put the second new Cartridge I purchased from you … the Canon scanner/printer kept giving me message that my Black Cartridge needed replacing, I ran the fault finder on the Print Program and it showed clearly that I had more than sufficient colour but black was empty. Am very disappointed obviously, not just the cost, but the inconvenience..I live 9 miles away from nearest small town and that small town does not have a shop that sells printer cartridges … so am now not able to print and wondering how to handle my problem. You really need to know this … On back of cartridge it says ~INK CSRT~RIDGE and then the words underneath Remanufactered Replaces CAN PG540XL BLACK Safanova Ollis from Newbigging Townhead TD8 6NA

Dear Karajana Order Number GB161227-LA1811451 Thank you for your message. I'm sorry that you are having a problem with the supplied by us. Some printers are sensitive as to the cartridges that they use. Software on the printer can produce the message you see regarding low or zero ink levels if the machine detects a cartridge that is not a manufacturer's original cartridge. If you ignore the low ink message then the cartridge should last as long if not longer than the original and we do guarantee this. To ignore the message you simply click continue on the computer or on your printer there should be a button with a triangle inside a circle - press this and hold for five seconds. This should enable you to continue printing perfectly. If you are happy to persevere with the cartridge and find they run out in an unreasonable amount of time then we will happily replace the item for you free of charge. However, if you print and the quality is not as it should be then I would recommend that you run the print head cleaning programme on your printer to clean the heads and push the ink through. For best results you should run the programme three to four times. If you find that after following this procedure you are still having a problem please let me know. My order was placed on 26th dec. The order was split into 2 packages.The 1st package was received on the 29th, which is very fast service.The 2nd package arrived 7 days later,I gave the overall rating as average but I do accept the problems that arise with postal deliveries over the xmas and new year period. I have used Cartridge People before and would use them again and recommend them also

I can confirm that your order was dispatched to the delivery address above on 23/01/2016. Please accept my apologies on behalf of Royal Mail for the delay in your order. Although they’re usually very efficient they can, on rare occasions, take longer than the estimated 2-7 days as stated on our website. Please can you check with your local Sorting Office to see if they are holding it there for you. We find that, on occasions, the post person doesn't always leave a calling card if they have been unable to deliver for any reason. This was a bulky parcel and may not of fitted through the letter box. If the Sorting Office doesn't have it please let me know and I will be able to mark the first dispatch as lost in post and I will resend the order for you. Whilst the on-line transaction was straightforward and the prices reasonable, the items took far too long to reach me. When I order products like this, I expect better service and faster delivery times, so doubt I will purchase again. I feel sure you can do better than this... Kind regards Demetri

I am sorry that our delivery did not meet your requirements. We endeavor to dispatch orders on the day of receipt, if received before 12pm Monday-Friday. As your order was placed at 17:32, the order was dispatched the following day. We do state that delivery can take between 2-7 days, however the majority of our orders arrive between 3-4 days. Unfortunately, over the Christmas and New Year period with the high level of online sales and Christmas post there have been a few delays with deliveries. Please accept my apologies if you have been at all inconvenienced.

Price was good; Online ordering process was good; product (when it finally arrived) was as described; delivery was slow - 3 days before dispatch, then a further 7-10 days for order to complete - order arrived as 3 separate packages over a number of days.

Ordered 2 packs of Epsom 4 ink received the 8 but split into 4 packs of 2 of the same colour that did not arrive at the same time when you are awaiting this is most unsatisfactory as no reason provided as to why sent in this form and required a telephone call to check the order to be advised I indicated at the time will be the last time I order

I read lots of great reviews and hoped to receive a good quality product. Unfortunately, the ink quality was very poor, I printed multiple times and checked catridges in hope it was my printer's fault, alas the ink was of a very poor quality and the coulors was very dull,toneless.I tried ro contact the company to inform them of my issue but they were not very interested, so I ended up with a low quality product. I would not recommend
