I ordered epson multipackx2 I recieved 4 packs of individual cartridges over about a week. If I had wanted seperate carteridges I would have ordered them. I will not be useing Cartridge People again. Please remove my email address from your records.

Dear Mr Hooper We hold stock in multiple warehouses and utilise different delivery options, which helps us to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. We ensure the optimum method is chosen to enable speedy despatch and transit by selecting the appropriate carrier and we may also opt to ship items in more than one parcel and from more than one warehouse. This helps us provide a prompt service, particularly for multi-item orders. We find this also helps you, our customer, as a smaller packet will usually fit through your letterbox, saving you a trip to your local sorting office or having to arrange re-delivery. We do give the following advice on any multi-packs we advertise on our website: This product may not arrive in the Multipack box shown. The cartridges ordered were supposed to be Canon printer compatible, "Picture Expert."They did fit our printer but the ink quality was poorer than the Canon cartridges they were replacing. Refund given but no apology for the time and inconvenience caused. Have since bought Canon Cartridges from another supplier. On a positive note the customer service staff did respond quickly although not to our satisfaction.

The only reason I write down CP is that their delivery is absolutely useless ! It takes too long although the value and product is good apart from what everyone I am sure experiences an odd dud! There is no excuse for the delivery time it takes ! I am going back to my previous supplier who are a little more expensive but equal in product and certainly way better in delivery.

I ordered three cartridges 9 days ago. Two cartridges arrived, the third was missing. I have had no communication from Cartridge People since. Not good.

My order took nearly a week to arrive & came in 3 different packets on different days which was confusing, as I was unsure whether I'd have a complete order.

Having been a satisfied customer for some years I had no hesitation when purchasing a new Epson XP-432 printer in purchasing the Cartridge People's compatible cartridges. Unfortunately these did not work and whilst Customer Service (CS) responded promptly their suggestions were ineffective and their attitude was very much, 'oh well have a refund then'. This is fair enough to a point except that I subsequently learn from a more proactive and helpful supplier that the reason they did not work was because they were not the latest version compatible cartridges for this machine. This alternative source duly supplied me promptly, the cartridges work fine and I am happy once more. Sadly my previously excellent association with The Cartridge People is at an end.

Recently Ordered 2 x Black & 2 x Colour cartridges for Dell printer. The price was very good. Unfortuaetly the black cartridge lasted only about a week with very little use. Kept getting error message 1203. Try the usual print testing & cleaning etc but no good. The only way to get printer to work was to fit the second black cartridge. Print quality has not been particularly good. Not had this sort of trouble before.

The item I ordered took three times longer to arrive than a complete replacement wheelbarrow wheel. And the wheel was ordered 30mins after my order to yourself They both came by Royal mail.

Ink cartridges were good, but the free pack of photo paper (which although free, was the item that made me buy from here instead of another supplier) was useless. I thought my printer or the cartridges were at fault at first when printing off some photos for Christmas cards, with the greens and blues very dark and washed out, but when I replaced the paper with my usual brand the colours came back to life. I wouldn't recommend Picture Expert glossy photo paper (10x15) for even scrap paper - certainly not fit for printing with. Disappointed.

It Took a long time to receive my ink that came in two different deliveries. I had to wipe the cartridge in order to get it to work and now it is showing the printers ink is empty.

The reason for the rating is because the cartriges i was sent were not compatable with my printer. I had chosen the cartriges because it said they were compatable. On the up side, I phoned to complain that the cartriges were not compatable with my printer and after a few questions I was offered and I accepted a full refund including the postage and packing. Very good customer service.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that the cartridges purchased from ourselves did not work for you. Some printers are built with software by the manufacturers which can prevent the use of a anything other than the manufacturers own branded cartridges. Unfortunately, you are unable to tell if the printer will accept non-branded cartridges, until you try them in the printer. Dear Diane, Order Number GB161114-LA1766118 Thank you for your review. I’m sorry that you are having a problem with the HP 301XL ( CH564EE ) Compatible High Capacity Colour Ink Cartridge supplied by us. There could possibly be a problem with the communication between the copper chip on the cartridge and your printer. This can occur during the manufacturing stage in the factory and is usually affected by dirt, such as dust or even a fingerprint. Please follow these cleaning instructions to resolve the problem: Place some old newspaper down to capture any spillage of ink. Remove the cartridge from your printer – switch your printer off. Using a piece of damp kitchen roll, gently wipe the copper plate on the cartridge. Allow the chip to dry. Once the chip is completely dry, re-install the cartridge into your printer and switch the printer back on. I would recommend that you run the print head cleaning program on your printer to clean the heads and push the ink through. For best results you should run the program three to four times. If you find that after following this procedure you are still having a problem please let me know by replying to this email and I would be happy to replace any non-working cartridge for you. Please retain any faulty cartridge as we would need to advise the correct returns procedure if necessary. My small order was delivered at 3 different times in 4 different envelopes. There is no phone number to connect you to a REAL person. It was supposed to be a CANON product but the first replacement, a large black cartridge, was not genuine and the printer will not recognise it. A big mistake to save a few quid that has backfired.

The cartridges are no doubt ok as they are genuine canon, however the delivery was in 4 separate shipments and it was about a week before all deliveries were complete, I would have much preferred one quick delivery, notice of shipment and delivery tracking.
