Quite disappointed with my first Cartridge people purchase. Everything prints with a blue tinge. Just one dodgy cartridge ? Shan't be going there again.

I am sorry that you have experienced a problem with the HP 364XL (BK/C/M/Y) Compatible Black and Colour Ink Cartridges ordered from ourselves. During shipping the cartridges get jolted and shaken around and the air which is normally at the top may have moved to the bottom. If you install the cartridges as soon as you receive them and you have a problem with the print quality then leave them overnight before attempting to print again. This will allow the ink to settle. Always store your cartridges upright i.e. with the print head at the bottom. You can use the cleaning/priming process to resolve print-quality issues, such as streaks or smears in the printout. Run the print head cleaning utility on your printer. This will effectively optimise the cartridge and your printer. This program should be run every time you change your printer's ink. Following these tips will ensure that your remanufactured cartridge works like it's brand new. Ensure you have paper in the printer. Open the control panel menu and select "printers”. Select "properties" in the drop-down menu. Choose the tab for cleaning. Various printers might have it listed under different names such as services, cleaning or maintenance. Select the nozzles that should be cleaned, if applicable to your printer, and run the printer's cleaning program. Print a test page and check results. Repeat cleaning 2 to 3 times if needed Please let me know how you get on with the advice above. Remember we guarantee all of our products with our 100% no quibble guarantee. Purchased a replacement cartridge for my Epson XP-435 when I fitted it ,it didn't work so I bought an Epson one instead.Contacted cartridge people who suggested various ways to fix the problem which included removing this and that.I feel that this was not acceptable,once fitted it should have worked.

Some printers are set with a software by the manufacturers that can prevent the use of the compatible cartridges, it is not possible to tell if a printer will accept a compatible cartridge unless you try them. Went through the usual process of selecting the printer, then having the cartridges I need displayed for purchase. They arrived quickly, so I put them in my printer and it does not recognise any of them. I've cleaned the contacts so that isn't the issue, and the printer still recognises the original cartridges that came with the printer. I have an Epson Expression Home XP-432. I didn't rank the lowest possible as I'm not sure whether it's just me being stupid. But yes, as a result, I have now wasted £30. The ink cartridges delivered were full, hadn't leaked and seemed in working condition but clearly not.

Cartridge people were really good but the reason why I wanted to give them this rating was because when cartridge was dispatched by their 3rd party I never received any notification and hence someone from my office took the delivery and thought this was for the office and had to call cartridge people many time until got the final confirmation that they had already delivered it. But hands down it was dispatched next day and delivered the day after.

I bought a replacement B&W cartridge and it was a good price and was delivered quickly. However, every time I switch the printer on, it prints a test page. So although the cartridge was good value, a large portion of it is being wasted on tests (unless I keep the printer on all the time, when I don't print that frequently). I've managed to find a work-around but it's still annoying. I conclude it must be the cartridge as it worked fine previously and nothing else has changed. Not particularly happy.

I am sorry that you have experienced a problem with the 338 ( C8765ee ) Compatible Standard Capacity Black Ink Cartridge We offer full customer support and would like to assist you. This can be a problem and to resolve this you need to reset the printer : 1. Turn the printer off 2. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer for 10 minutes. 3. Reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on. 4. The cartridge alignment process begins within 20 seconds 5. Wait for the cartridge alignment process to fully complete. This might take a few minutes. The process completes when the alignment page prints and the product is idle and silent. Remember we guarantee all of our products with our 100% no quibble guarantee. I ordered 3 cartridges which took a while to arrive in seperate packages! I can accept this but what is very disappointing is that the first black cartridge i used ran out after printing 15 sides of A4 document. I don't think i'll buy from cartridge people again.

Cartridges arrived promptly but are NOT compatible with the printer they were ordered for. Had to go to a store and the cartridges fitted. Your cartridges were considerably cheaper but not right for purpose so therefore a waste of money

I was disappointed in my recent order that Cyan ink did not work as it should. I had to spend much effort to make it work. I have used company many times but on this occasion I feel let down and will consider if I was use them next time.

this was the first time that I have ever used a non branded cartridge. Although they fit, the printer continually malfunctioned until I removed the cartridges and replaced once again with branded ones. I have had my printer for about five years and have never had any problems with it up to this point, so I can only assume that the non branded cartridges were the cause of the problems. shame as the price was very much more attractive than the cost of branded ones

I see your order was sent in 2 parcels. We hold stock in multiple warehouses and utilise different delivery options, which helps us to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. We ensure the optimum method is chosen to enable speedy despatch and transit by selecting the appropriate carrier and we may also opt to ship items in more than one parcel and from more than one warehouse.
