They have 'customer service is our no.1 priority' on thier website and when on hold but I'm not convinced. I ordered a printer. I had multiple versions of "it's being delivered Monday/Friday/tomorrow/we haven't got one/it's on the way/we knew we didn't have one when you ordered but we didn't know we knew till several days later" It finally turned up after one of many contacts with them but apart from a verbal apology I've had no evidence that 'customer service' is really thier top priority, the opposite really. Printer works fine though and I've ordered cartridges before and they're quick and work well as well as being good value. Disappointed would be my one word review.

We are glad to hear that the printer you ordered is functioning well and that you have had positive experiences with our cartridges in the past. My cartridge arrived promptly but despite it saying it is compatible with my printer, it is not working correctly and every page I print is smeared with cyan ink. I have requested a refund. Previous purchases have been good, but not this one.

Fast delivery and cheaper than branded products but the printer head blocks everytime I print giving poor print and I then have to run a maintenance programme to clean the head so will not be purchasing them again

Ipurched Black and Coloured Cartrages from you lastweek However when installed folowing the correct method, Ifound the Printer would not work, would not switch off. I contacted customer services I was advised have I removed the plastic covers from the jets. I had not because on reciept the jets were covered by a plastic box I removed the plastic from one cartridge , but no change. Ithen purchace a standard 305 set from Currys they worked purfectly It seems I have paid £40 00 for nothing.

After being assured that your equivalent to the HP62 Colour was compatible with my printer, niw my colour does not work, frustrating, so I had to pay for the original HP62.

Update: Customer Support quickly got in contact, and the tldr is that a replacement toner cartridge is being sent to me! Impressive! Thanks for that. :) The printer would not accept/recognise the new Cartridge People black toner cartridge no matter how many times I switched the printer off and on again. Disappointed. I had another Cartridge People black toner in the cupboard, so I put that in - and it worked first time! I need dependability not a lottery.

Not very impressed. Order cartridges okay. Price okay. Delivery okay. Tried to order two reams of paper - one ream of cheaper 80gsm and one ream of better 100gsm. Instead got a few sheets of 100gsm and half a ream of 80gsm. This made the price look okay but of course the paper was actually very expensive. I have been caught out and I will not be so caught again.

Told them there a problem with cartridge of there own make. Same old . So won't be using them again

Ease of website and delivery are brilliant. I've installed my cartridges printed a set up page and did the alignment scan. The cartridge prints like a shadow behind the letters. Not sure if this is down to the printer or the cartridges, but when i had genuine hp cartridges i did not have this problem.

Originally ordered the more expensive cartridges but was talked into ordering your cheaper version. These cartridges did not print well.

Colours are not coming out properly and lines on printing so think I prefer the true Epsom ones . I have cleaned printer heads and it was working perfectly well before. Was convinced over the phone to buy these !!!

Usually I am satisfied with purchases from you. But in this one instance - I bought a black cartridge from the DX 4800 printer range earlier this month - I wasn't. Because my previous black ink hadn't expired till today, I hadn't replied to this review request yet. When I fitted the new cartridge, the printer went into error mode, and when I tried to print a document in 'text' mode, only the pink parts of the document showed. Then I tried a different document on 'draft' mode; it printed the whole document only in pale pink! I then re-shook the cartridge (as one is supposed to do, according to the printer manufacturer's advice); black spots of ink went everywhere. Thus I suspect there is a leak or some other malfunction in the cartridge. Please advise.

You fail to tell prospective customers that the genuine Epson ink (Seahorse) you are selling for my particular printer is in fact no longer manufactured and therefore it's freshness must be in doubt.

Regardless of the date of manufacture, your cartridges do have a one year warranty from the date of order, as do all of our original manufacturers products. Very good service from Caroline but unfortunately the cartridges produced strange bluish colours. I got the cartridges next day. I was well looked after when I complained about the colours, and Caroline took me through all the ways to try and minimise the problems.

not happy that your customer service team are't avilable weekend/evenings when a situation, after purchasing one of you own brand ink cartridges faild to work.

Nothing wrong with the item, only thing was ordered next day and got it two days later. I paid next day delivery so wasn’t happy. Won’t Use again, I will loook at companies that do do next day

Unfortunately I was deceived by the Cartridge People website and they decline to take any responsibility. I need cartidge HP 83A and when you click on that a message comes up offering HP 83X instead with a note saying ' We advise you to purchase this high capacity version of the ink cartridge, which allows you to print 1400 extra pages'. I took that advice and bought HP 83X and set about installing it in my printer. Sadly HP 83X has very limited applications compared to HP 83A and does not fit my printer. And because I had commenced installation they refuse to allow a return of it. So I wasted my money.

Rather disappointed with my last order. The first cartridge I put into my printer was only a quarter full. Never had this before. I will see what the 2nd one is like.

I am afraid the cartridges I bought will not operate in my HP Officejet 4500 Wireless printer, even through they are compatible for the black HP901XL I used to use. The colour one also has 901XL on the box. I am very disappointed.

I can not process without being forced to accept cookies when using the web site, (something that I do not wish to do). In this case I managed to get around the blockage my calling and placing an order over the phone. I future, i will use a different supplier.
