Good service but ultimately the sale of the Cartridge People cartridge was on false pretences. These are harsh words but given that I can’t recycle my branded cartridge I have been left without a means to do so. Having read the environmental statements they shift responsibility to a charity and don’t reduce environmental impact. So I have a cheaper product at an environmental cost. Disappointing.

Thank you for your review. I have not been able to locate any correspondence with us regarding recycling of our own branded products. UK retailers must provide a process which allows all customers the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge, on a like-for-like basis. Therefore, if you are purchasing a new ink or toner cartridge, we are pleased to offer the opportunity to recycle your old, unwanted or used ones for free. Disappointed to find the printer paper wasn’t a ream but just 100 sheets. It does state this but paper is usually sold in a team so will need to read more carefully next time. Feel a bit cheated.

Arrived squashed contacted cartridge people to let them know they wasnt packaged properly hopefully products will work properly was just making them aware but was just ignored was going to order another 4 but not when they are damaged in transit

Persuaded to chance order and spent more money, they made it difficult to rectify the order by various means, a technique used by several that just want to sell their own brand.

loaded cartridges into printer,the printer still shows cartridges as being empty no matter what you do to try and correct it, not impressed should have bought the real things rather than wasting my money. will know for next time

requested HP brand items let myself be talked into the alternative supply of black and colour cartridges 3off black 1off not recognised 1off needed soaked and cleaned just to be accepted at printer then it cuts off 1off needed soaked and cleaned just to work now printing light grey and not black Not a good experience with these alternatives Colour ran ok for a few pages now they didn't work to well either Never had any issues previously with the printer before this or any of the two of them using brand material Just about to bin the lot and try again for HP cartridges Not For Me Going Forward

I bought a pair of Canon 540 black and colour twin pack, and then got a call from them trying to convince to buy their own brand which I had used before and wasn't too happy about because it was marketed as XL but I wasn't even able to print 35 pages. While their prices are the cheapest on the market, I would avoid their brand. I am giving 2 stars for cold-calling me, retracting my avios and misrepresentation of their XL brand as better than the average Canon.

Hi.. as predicted literally yesterday I started using your brand of ink n pepper and twice once yesterday then again tonight I was working I rely on the prints to come out with no delay and the ink jammed in my machine I was so Very frustrated because I have customer who are inebriated and loud screaming from there prints whilst I'm stood there tryna fix the problem I told you I would have before you sold me your brand!!.. then is happened AGAIN tonight its Saturday and I work in the city centre which means Christmas markets those shoppers flood my bars!.. and I can't afford for these malfunctions n sabby salesmanship I actually put my trust in your brand n salesman now I'm here... not sure what to say other than I told you so..

I originally ordered an original Brother colour cartridge, but after a phone call from cartridge people telling me there would be no difference in performance but their cartridge was much cheaper I was persuaded to order one of their compatible ones, which was half the price. It arrived quickly I put it in it worked fine with one big difference. The colour is not the same as the original. So if the correct colour is important to you I would avoid it. I have since ordered an original from Brother much more expensive but worth it for the quality.

I cannot understand why it is that - when I deliberately made sure I ordered the exact cartridges that I want for my printer (as below) - Cartridge People have (yet again) substituted the correct HP branded ones with their Replacement ones - even though it clearly says Original. The last time I ordered a set of cartridges for my Canon printer and these replacement ones arrived, they caused all sorts of leaked ink and error messages, so I really don't want to try using these ones. HP 963XL High Capacity 4 Ink Cartridge Multipack - 3YP35AE (Original) Cartridge People #: 26791 Quantity: 1 Item Price: £112.62 Not happy.

Good Afternoon I am sorry to hear that you have had issues. On looking at your account I see you ordered - HP 963XL High Capacity 4 Ink Cartridge Multipack - 3YP35AE (Original) You then contacted us and asked to return the goods as you had ordered incorrectly and required the HP953 ink cartridges. These have been returned and a full refund administered. As there seems to be some confusion a member of the team will give you a call.

I ordered ink cartridges on the Monday,but these did not arrive until the Thursday afternoon. Not very happy with Royal Mail delivery & Cartridge people would do better to use an alternative.

I was promised by the salesperson that swapping to their refill cartridge from my branded usual one would be fine even though in the past I had problems with these cartridges. I promise you, he said, they are different now and will be fine. I guarantee it. I have pale print and black marks on edges of paper just as I had before. Very disappointed. I will never buy these again and hope they might do a swap for me as they also promised me this option if I was not satisfied. So cross as I need perfect printing for my job and not waste time cleaning printer and getting someone else to do my printing.

"Compatible" HP inkjet cartridges didn't work, bricked my printer. Cartridge People support were helpful and referred me to HP to fix the printer I fixed the printer and tried again, got the same errors Cartridge People support refunded the cost of the cartridges immediately, but not the shipping I called to get this sorted and was advised this is their policy, I received the shipping service so they would not refund that element. I mentioned the Consumer Rights Act and said I would take further action, still not prepared to refund. I double checked, which.co.uk confirmed I am due a full refund of items and shipping when goods are faulty. Citizens Advice also confirmed, and said they would report the company to Trading Standards I posted a Trust Pilot review and received full credit in hours. We got there in the end, but how can a company have a policy which fails to meet basic legal requirements for distance selling?

As agreed in our guarantees we were happy to issue you a full refund for the price paid for the cartridges. You opted for the pay for the next day delivery charge for the cartridges, rather than the free standard delivery offered which is an additional option, and as this service was fulfilled the refund was not issued. Ordered wrong cartridge Had £12 deducted on off of refund as opened plastic bag around cartridge + cost almost £5 to return Had email from CP giving details of correct cartridge to order Ordered these Came quickly but one was far bigger than old cartridge taken out Contacted CP over week ago but still not had a reply. Very disappointed and not happy

Delivered to wrong address, thankfully an honest person from that address delivered it to me. As cartridge people don't even appear to let you know the item has been despatched let alone provide any tracking information (FedEx) I was taken completely by surprise by this being delivered!

Order placed and rapid delivery effected unfortunately to the wrong address. Spoke to CP who confirmed it was their mistake - human error. Managed to trace the package eventually in a nearby location. Therefore not happy with this occurrence but will use again.

I have already sent a review and made what I thought was a pertinent comment on the fact that the cartridge was, in fact, repurposed which was not indicated when I was looking at the specification prior to purchase. Other than that the review was positive but as you have obviously not taken any notice whatsoever of my previous review this one is now much lower. No point in asking for feedback if you do not act on it.

The website was very confusing and when I ordered compatible ink to my printer when it arrived it didn’t fit my printer so I had to send it back then only got a part refund. I had to go elsewhere to buy my ink.
