“Came in just for a look and left with a car. Salesman tempted us with a test drive and an offer then left myself and my partner to discuss. Loved the no pressure sales aspect that has stopped me visiting showrooms in past. As fate would have it, the day after I ordered it my old car refused to start so I asked if we could move delivery date forward which didn’t seem to be a hassle for Peter Vardy. Couple of little issues but this was expected as I got the car earlier than originally planned. First time buying from a showroom and don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner.”

I looked at a couple of cars before making my final decision and Michael the salesman was helpful, informative and patient. Collecting the car was fun, the lights and music was new to me. “Got told by the salesman that I could pick up my car anytime after 0900 on the Monday. To find out that the car wasn’t ready. Left waiting for 2 hours while they got the car ready. Girl from handover team was great and got everything sorted so I could get the car that day. Clearly a lack of communication between sales and handover team. General feeling of they got the sale and didn’t matter what happened after they got the money.”
“From the start entering the store the staff were friendly, polite and asked a few questions and then hand you over to the sales guys and they are great, they do not hassle you and answer any question you have. I got Mike and he was really good and professional and dud not hassle you into buying a car and gave advise on different cars I looked at. 10 out of 10 fir him. The only problem was not with my car but with my step daughters, her brakes were not right since the day she got it and trying to contact Rachel is just about impossible and she never calls back when she says she will so sorry it's only a 2 out of 10 fir her”
