“When I collected the car there had been damage to the car during the preparation which had not been picked up on during I presume a final inspection by the handover team or workshop manager.
It now means the car has to be returned to have two pieces of trim replaced,whichever way this is done it is inconvenient and should not have happened . If the quality control had been better this damage would have been noted and repaired.”
