Our Sales Consultant (Craig Ross) appreciated that we knew exactly what we wanted and went out of his way to accommodate us. At no point were we put under any pressure at all. The preparation of the car we looked at was outstanding to the extent that we felt embarrassed taking it out of the showroom for a test drive. During our visit we looked at some of the other cars in the showroom and they were all prepared to the same high standard. When we explained that there was a similar car in another branch which perhaps suited our requirements better, there was no problem bringing this one to Dundee for us. This saved us a considerable inconvenience. Our own car was thoroughly appraised (they even cleaned it for us!!!) and the trade-in price was the best offered to us (just) from all the other outlets we had visited.
When we collected our new car we were directed to a dedicated handover section who also dealt with us in a very professional manner and since collecting the car we have been contacted by Craig to ensure that everything is satisfactory.
This outlet is a credit to the motor trade and other outlets would be wise to emulate it.”
“Originally my wife and I visited Carstore to view Astras as this was the preferred car for my wife, John the salesperson was very helpful although there were not many Astras to view however we had a test drive and decided to purchase. I then viewed a Skoda Yeti which I took out for test drive and decided to purchase that too after reaching a deal to trade in my Meriva. A parcel shelf and spare key are on order for the Yeti as they were missing but I am sure John will follow this up.”
