“I met with a lovely salesman called Craig who had all the time in the world for me despite my picky taste in cars. Nothing was too much of a bother, he wasn't the stereotypical salesman when it came to selecting a car. He actually listened to what I did not want and what I did want.
Any questions I had were answered and nothing seemed too silly to ask.
From sorting my finance out to calling when he said he would, Craig was an overall lovely person and an absolute pleasure to buy a car from!
Handover was totally different from dealing with Craig, it was like being in a totally different store! Gone was the happy and punctual staff and endless cups of tea to left waiting for over 30 minutes and a total rush job of getting you out and hardly two words spoken.
To be honest, the handover is meant to be the best part, I was all for leaving without the new car! This let the whole Peter Vardy experience down.

“Good meet and greet service at the door. Ian Mitchell was friendly and informative without being overbearing.
On picking up my new car I noted there was 3 new tyres and 1 old one. Raised the issue and advised that due to time if night, they couldn't deal. Advised to return the following day and VIP would be made aware.
Attended and i am booked in for a new tyre, despite the tread being measured at 3.5mm
My suggestion would be that if 3 new tyres are being added, the fourth should be considered for replacement also. with my vehicle there is 1 wheel 5mm off with the rest of the car which causes a pull.
Lovely car, smokers car but treated and no smell now.”
