“My salesman was Mr Graham Halliday what I liked about him there was no hard sell but I don't like the system Peter vardy has where once the salesman has got his or her sale it gets passed to another team to take of the sale I strongly believe The original sales person should take charge of the sale from start to finish as I experienced some mixed messages along the way on when the car would be ready for collection I was promised to get the car on a certain day but got it 12 days late but saying all the the car was in mint condition so all in all I'm happy”

“Although I am happy with my new car the process to get there was quite frustrating. Prices weren’t properly discussed which ended up in more money being required. The team did resolve this and I did not end up having to pay more however it made the process difficult. During this time of negotiation a member of the customer service desk at Carstore Dundee was quite rude on the phone which was unnecessary. Also the car was not fully prepared for my collection as the car mats were not in the car. This was not shared with me and took another phone call from myself to enquire about there whereabouts. This will mean I will need to travel into Dundee again to collect them and I have not been given an expected date of collection. Usually my experience with Peter Vardy is faultless and although I believe the team were helpful I also believe that had the information been shared fully at the initial stage my decision to buy may have been different.”
“Initial experience was very poor. Process of buying a used car was not clearly explained - I was shown a picture of a vehicle and not made aware this was a representation and not the actual care. I was not informed the car had not been through any checks. I therefore paid £100 deposit on a car that wasn't actually ready to be sold. I was also advised insurance was my responsibility - again because the process was not made clear so I bought insurance. After a series of cars being identified as suitable then this not being the case, I had to cancel the insurance. This has lead to me losing over £200 in cancellation charges.
I would not have continued to deal with Car Store if Mohammed Kola had not become the salesperson. He went above and beyond to be helpful. I would absolutely recommend him as a sales advisor but not the organisation as a whole”

I was in the store for 3 hours going back and forth between a few cars and Gordon was really helpful and patient whilst I deliberated on what to get. I wanted my car ASAP and Gordon made this happen. I purchased the car on Wednesday afternoon and it was ready 1st thing on Friday morning. I would definitely buy a car again from Peter Vardy car store.”
