Hi David Thank you for your order & for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the quality of your £21.99 Motor mats. You can purchase cheaper untailored universal mats on a number of sites, we ourselves also sell them. However universal mats wouldn't be a specific fit for your Mazda 2 2007-2012.

I ordered my mats on 23rd February. Of the 4 mats ordered they've only managed to deliver 3 of them as of today 25th March. I ordered a front mat and a 3 section rear for my VW T6 LWB Shuttle. The first delivery was short shipped, as it was missing the middle section of the 3 section rear. I quickly sent them the image from their website of the plan of the mats with a big arrow saying I'm missing this bit. Next day they asked for photos. Next day they said they raise a new order and get me the missing. 10 days later (although they say 1-9 on the their website FAQ) they sent me another set of what they sent me originally. i.e. not the missing part. Now one month on I still don't have all the mats for the original order. Customer care is only on email (no phone or chat). I contacted them on Thursday and they said they had to speak to the "Factory Manager". I followed up on Friday afternoon and heard nothing. This morning they advised they were waiting to hear back from the Factory Manager, which they hoped to maybe today or maybe tomorrow. They made an error on the first delivery, these things happen, we're all human. But instead of doing their best to sort the problem, they've dragged their heels. As a result I'm left with a feeling of No sense of urgency, no sense of customer love, no real sense of anyone caring at all. It's such a shame as the product seems really good. But the test of anything is when it goes wrong and in this instance Vanmats have been left wanting. They say about mistakes "Once is a mistake, twice is a decision and third is a pattern."

Emailed you before ordering to check my mini mats would be fitted with Velcro fasteners. You said they would be, they arrived and they were not. Just another poor quality after markert mat then ?

We supply our Mini mats with velcro for use with the existing OEM fixings in your footwell. If this wasn't present then please let us know and we'd be happy to send out some more.

Ordered weeks ago. They didn't turn up even after email saying they should have arrived. Had to chase them up. Apparently Evri "lost" them. Had to reorder. Taking a lot of time. No recompense offered sadly. Disappointed.

Front mats are great, a perfect fit and match for the old OEM ones. The rear mat is of little use as it is under sized and way off the OEM ones. I raised this as an issue, they told me this was the correct set but they accepted that their mat wasn't as good a fit as the OEM one. I was offered a refund if I returned them unused but I had already fitted the front ones to my vehicle. Won't be using them again and I'd advise caution if you want a mat to fit your vehicle properly

The rear mat is a different shape to your OEM mat but does still over a good coverage. As the mats were used you couldn't unfortunately return them for a refund but I can see our team have provided a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.

From order to delivery took 2 weeks. On arrival I was surprised how poor the quality was. The old mats in the car, which cost £10 were better quality. Would not recommend.

Our car mats are hard wearing & tailored for your specific footwell, these can't be compared to cheap universal car mats that you can purchased online. We sell our own universal car mats far cheaper than our tailored mats as they are produced in bulk, rather than made to order for each customer's individual vehicle & tastes.

You ordered your mats in Grand with Black trim, if you want to jazz your mats in future then we offer a range of mat colours, trim colours and even embroidery.

Bought the Executive mats. Nothing particularly special, but very annoyed to notice that the back mats don't fit correctly. They're way too short. I was told 'the mats shown are the correct shape per your order and fit as we would expect'. So...badly then. I've been told I can't return them as I started using them. Which is fair I guess. But I started using the front ones as I needed them urgently and didn't put the back ones in till several days later (assuming the good fit of the drivers mat was a good indicator of quality. Lesson learned)

From the pictures provided the fit of the rear mats is correct and as we'd expect. As you've mentioned we can't accept returns of products that have been used, otherwise you would have been able to return your order for a full refund.

The mats are good, but they use Evri as a courier. Instead of Evri knocking on the door they left the parcel outside on a busy street. If I would’ve known they used Evri I would not have used this company.

Very disappointed with the quality of these mats. I upgraded to the Grand Quality, £3) after discount for TWO mats as they are for a van. Items arrived quickly and had been manufactured well but SO THIN! God knows what the basic mats must be like. Original car rubber mats are thicker than the base of these mats, they have a thin layer of flock applied to this thin base. They fit well but look as if they will curl quickly and do not feel special underfoot, as have others I have bought before from other companies. Disappointed and poor value for money.

From your description, I believe you would have been happier with one of our higher-quality carpets such as Super, Executive or Elite.

Mats look cheap and badly made. One metal eyelet was missing. Curl up at edges. Really disappointed. Not worth the money.

The mats were initially great, fit well and arrived quickly. However, the drivers mat has worn a large hole all the way through where my right heel rests after 5 months/ 3500 miles of use, not impressed.

Bought their MG Motors UK MG HS Manual 2019+ Car Mats × 1 paid for the higher quality ones, wait way longer than estimates, and when received they fit, but nowhere near the quality I though I was buying.

The mats themselves - for my Kia EV6 - Off Road Rubber - are actually great (although they are taking their time for the oily smell to evaporate). However, the service from Carmats and the delivery times were appalling. Add to this that when my original delivery arrived (almost three weeks after the original order was placed) only two out of the three mats were in the parcel!!!! Despite the order and the sticker in the delivery clearly showing three mats. Then, when I contacted Carmats the same day to let them know (via email with a full set of pictures) I had to wait another three weeks for the missing mat. Guess what? I got another FULL set of mats. What a total waste of materials and production costs. Not sure I can recommend CarMats unless you are prepared to wait a very long time for your order to arrive (and then hope it is complete).

As per website it would take 9 days ordered on 2nd May arrived on 25th (16 working days and when they were delivered there was no knock on the door so I wasn’t aware they were delivered despite fact I was in, just dropped in a clear plastic bag no wrapping and the address stickers were stuck to the mats EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING also the passenger side mat doesn’t fit the footwell as it’s nearly 8 inches longer than our own so it bends up inside where toes go (poor fitting) BUT I do not want to return as I’m not prepared to wait another 3 weeks, yes I did enter car make and model as requested

These "supposedly" made to fit perfectly mats aren't all that perfect... by entering your registration you would assume that the would fit perfectly? No they don't! The rear mats are thin only reason this got 2 stars, the front passenger mat is too long and does not sit in the well, and the drivers one.... the anchor holes are no where near! Overall for the £60 that these cost? You could get from halfords for £24.99 just be mindful!
