“I went for the additional heel pad, the mats are well made but the heel pad needs to be more forward, my pupils and i are getting our heels caught on the edge, so improvements can be made”

Hi David Thank you for your order & for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the position of the heelpad for your driving school car. We try to position the heelpad in the most appropriate place for each vehicle, where it will suit most driving styles and feet sizes.

“So, the mats were OK, not tried the fitting yet so can't comment on that, disappointed that I ordered peraonalised embroidery on them and when they arrived the embroidery was actually a transfer that looks like embroidery? For the price of them I'm not overly impressed.”

Thank you for your order & for leaving a review. We're sorry to hear that you're not happy with the embroidery received. Our embroidery is attached to the mats as a panel as not all mats will fit into our embroidery machines. Some of the higher quality mats are too thick to embroider directly onto the mat. We show photos on the website to preview the finish but we're sorry that it's not as you expected.

“I like the mats good quality but has no fixings for the drivers mat to clip on. That is the only thing I was disappointed with and stops me from ordering a carpet set.”

For your Clio we offer both a version with & without fixings in the drivers mat, the version without fixings has been ordered. As I imagine you've used your mats now we can't exchange them but we'd be happy to send out a drivers mat free of charge with the clips in. If you'd like to take us up on this then please reply and let us know.

“Car mats themselves are a good quality. Unfortunately the fittings did not match the car they were to be used on (used the reg checker before ordering - see pics). Contacted the company who responded promptly with a solution which involved me having to adapt them myself. Not the biggest issue personally but might be a problem for those less able to use tools etc.”

The mats purchased were the correct mats for your vehicle but the clips in the mats didn't match the orientation of the clips in your footwell. The clips in the mat rotate so that they can be aligned correctly, we're glad you managed to rotate the clips and resolve the issue at your end.

“Nicely cut mats, but a lot thinner than I expected. I’m not sure if there was an alternative type, but as I needed them for a four wheel drive and really wanted more heavy duty. But nice finish and reasonable value for money.”

Hi Lynda Thank you for your order & for leaving a review, I'm sorry to hear about this issue. There is a join where the trims meet. We try to make this join on a discreet part of the mat that isn't visible when you're in the vehicle.

“Could be better to be honest. The Mats do appear of good quality, but the fixings are by no means OEM, simply just a metal ring which would not clip to the OEM attachment. Ended up having to butcher my old OEM mats which involved cutting a larger hole in the mats to get the clips to fit.”

“Second full set of rubber mats I've bought from CM. They don't seem as heavy/thick as the last set I bought for my previous car, but perfectly serviceable. Order and delivery processes and overall service were excellent.”

“Quality wasn’t as good as I expected as carpet was very thin and felt cheap. Only time will tell how well they last. However they do fit perfectly and came fairly quickly.”

“Customer service is absolutely second to none. They are superb. However, bearing in mind I purchased the Executive mats which cost me £70.97 I am disappointed with the quality. They are very light weight and not as good quality as I was expecting for the price.”

“I like the mats they look great in the car. The colour and material are good.Poor quality workmanship. Stitching is not good and the passenger side mat has a half inch cut in the side.”

“Set of car mats for Audi Q3. The car mats too longer to arrive than I had expected and after what I really needed them for. It was frustrating not to be able to speak to customer services on the phone and then wait 24 hours for email response. However the mats when they did arrive were of good quality and fitted perfectly.”
