“Ordering process straightforward. The communication after order and prior to delivery could be better. Website under "My Orders" only ever says "processing", needs more information. One email to say part was "out of stock", no indication of when it would be available. Part arrived without notice on website or email, not even the normal messages from courier company.”

“Some concerns, but in view of the circumstances, rated 'acceptable'.Once I placed the order I had no further contact until the part arrived on my doorstep. This despite it taking some days longer than advertised and my requests for information. Also the part is not the same specification as the original part it replaces. Hopefully this won't prove significant.”

“Price and product was spot on but the delivery let them down badly , I was told 2 to 3 days but once ordered the alternator and paid , it turned into 2 weeks just as well I wasn’t in a rush If you need something quickly I would suggest going else where .”

“Your prices are very competitive but the aftercare isn't. I ordered a Clutch Kit and part of my order was out of stock and I'm still awaiting an update as its been over 10 days and no further communication from yourselves as to where the rest of my order is.”

“Though which really cheap products and in collaboration with Euro car parts, service was slow with really slow delivery and stuck in the warehouse for quite a while with no updated. Yes I would order again but still not happy with speed of service.”

“Items ok but delivery awful, 2 deliveries over 8 days. 2ns one arrived on the wrong day stated on email. Will go back to using it's partner company euro car parts, slightly more expensive but reliable next day delivery.”

“The main problem I had was that on the website it was not made clear that due to Covid it would take ten days for the battery to arrive and not two so it did cause me a lot of problems as I was relying on it so I could get up and running”

“Shocked how long a standard delivery takes. I know we are just coming out of lockdown, but 7 working days to deliver?! Also surprised that considering your closely associated with Euro Car Parts, (As in your confirmation email, it says check out this website....) that it took that long as well. Think I’ll either collect from Euros next time, or use GSF.”

“Product as described arrived but late. Warning says that standard delivery is delayed but without any indication of how much delay. Waiting for a week before an email received saying delivery in another 3 days - double the 3-4 working days originally quoted.”
