“All very good but I was surprised to be told to go to Screwfix for some M8 exhaust nuts and did bother to find out I wanted some copper ease too. Not quite the impeccable service I have been used to. Nevertheless I am still grateful to have places like this.”

“Ordered a rear wheel speed sensor for a Range Rover Evoque. There are two options one for parking Assist and one without parking assist. The original had a red band around it to signify none parking assist. I ordered a none parking assist type. The new sensor and cable had no markings, The box also did not specify which one it was. Fitted and the dashboard instantly came on with plenty of amber warning lights. The code reader indicated that the rear wheel was doing 255KPH when the car was parked. Purchased a red marked sensor ( Amazon ) and fitted it. All warning lights were off. Returned the sensor back to car Parts 4 less and obtained a refund. To be fair I have used CP4L before and will again. It was just a bit annoying this time.”

“The transaction itself went OK and smooth but I don't the overall way how this company is set. So CarParts4less and EuroCarParts as now part of the same company. They have mostly the same parts and usully the same prices but online one CarParts4less has some discounts etc...but you can't get them from EuroCarParts. Then you order and have to wait day for parts which are already at EuroCarParts but you won't get them obviously on the same day. Why? To show us that if you want discount you have to wait? Come on! change it. Make it normal. Make it easy. Stop it! Then the part. I receive refubshed brake caliper. I be honest - I didn't see it clearly when I was ordering it. Should be CLEARLY indicated. I've cmplained about it already. But I had to fit it as car was needed. Price for refubrished part was too high in my opinion. Also, Pagid refubrished it. No leaflet or any notes what part they used etc. Shelf came as "Ate" which was OK but who know who manufactired piston and rubbers/seals. Also they provided some grease. Who know for what. If they use Ate sliders rubber, it's not recommended to use any grease. It works but I'm not expecting long life. My original Ate Mazda caliper lasted 14 years. Then is that stupid surcharge... Update: As company back to me with additonal explanation, which is unsual, this let me change score to 4 starts as for me it means that they DO care about their customers :)”

“Unfortunately the computer programme designed to identify the correct battery to fit your car on the website selected batteries that would not fit under the bonnet and caused some minor damage to the underside of the bonnet when attempting to close it. All batteries selected by the computer were at least 20mm too high. Fortunately the sales assistant spent time investigating and found one that fit. Well done to him for saving the day. Real people 1 V A.I. computers 0.”

“Parts were great, as always, only one issue - I ordered online to collect in 48 hours. I called after 72 hours to confirm that the parts had arrived and were ready for collection only to be misinformed that it would take more than a week to arrive. The parts were ready within an hour of ordering and so I eventually managed to collect them 5 days after arranged date.”

“The exhaust I ordered ordered was reasonably priced and available next day by click and collect. Regrettably, although the branch was showing as having two of the exhaust clamps I ordered in stock, the one they supplied was the wrong size, and despite a search if the warehouse, none could be found. I therefore had to return a couple if days later to receive the correct part, which was not ideal.”
