I don't understand how a company that is the same as Euro Car Parts sells the same stock for cheaper? You also collect it at the SAME place! It seems to me that the only reason for the discount is that you have to wait an additional day.... When you ask the Euro car parts staff they say that shouldn't matter, but it does.

Ordered a bulb. A cheaper non-equivalent option was supplied from branch stock at Darlington with no reduction in price. Requested the part to be ordered again and the same problem recurred. The same had previously happened when I ordered the part from Stockton Eurocarparts. Having ordered and paid for one bulb from Eurocarparts and one from Carparts for less I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE REFUND as far as I can see. Please expedite the REFUND.

I had ordered 2 rear brake discs for my van and they were to be delivered in-store in a days time. When I collected the discs and got home there was only one disc. I called the Rustington branch and they said that only one disc had been sent, the guy I spoke to said he would order another disc and it would be in the following day. The next day I go to collect the disc and it had not been ordered. The person at the counter did help me out though and gave me another pair of discs of a different brand and told me to bring the original one back. So a little disappointing that the correct parts weren't in stock to start with when ordered.

Shame the parts aren't available the same day even though they show that they are in stock. Also they stopped selling the premium oils like shell and castrol only stocking triple qx.

Disappointed that although Euro Car Parts had the parts in stock (which is where I was collecting from), I couldn’t collect until the following day. Yet, if I had bought from ECP they could be collected immediately.

Good prices and happy with products, however one of the items wasn't actually ready when they said it would be and I had to make 2 trips. An email or text to let me know in advance OR just offering me a different brand that they did have would have been nice.

Parts are good. If you don't know the exact measurements of your parts, than you will face a lots of issues. They have same parts different make, different measurements. I talked with their customer agent for a particular product. They checked on their system and assured me 100% this product will fit. Unfortunately it didn't fit. It's wasted my time and money. Also refund a product in euro car parts store is very difficult. It's a long wait on top refund takes very long to come to your account. Product wise no complaints. Service wise very bad. Hopefully they will bounce back.

Just I think if you sell same things on Eurocarparts the iten should be ready to collect on same day not day after authorise it’s same iten

Simple to order service items although replacement sump plug impossible to find. Unfortunately the oil container had a minor hole in the base, probably been put down on a small stone. Delivery was very quick however notification was lacking.

Parts good and website easy to use. service when collecting from eurocarparts in Milton Keynes terrible. No customer service and everyone in the que moaning how bad it is... the waiting time is too long. Shame.

Why have a click and collect system .order on line and paid. Get to the shop and the guy behind the counter goes off for 10 mins to pick item. So it's not click and collect

Great service but why I gave low score is because the Eicher rear brake pads I ordered were Substituted for another brand (Kavo)not listed on car website , no explanation was given why this was done, After some research my opinion was these were possibly of equal quality, so decided to fit them and everything seems good

Good value once a discount code was added although not as good as it used to be.came badly packed Jiffy bag just hanging in there showing what was inside. Courier service awful

Ordered items at a good price but was left disappointed when an item they sent had already been opened and didn't fit my car as advertised. Returned item to its sister company euro car parts, where I was given a refund.
