“I ordered a car battery which was very good but when I went to pick it up there was a line of customers waiting to be served it took about 30mins to get it . There was only one man serving all the people he was very good at his job but a nightmare for us.”

“Good price for item, but when I put reg plate in website, it gave a battery for my car which i purchased. But when it came to fitting, i was told it is the wrong battery. So i called up and returned to place, they then told me to purchase the correct one, which should have said it on website. However, still not recieving refund for one returned it has been 10days now. So, not good overall for me.”

“Overall good experience this time but it wasnt like this always. Happened in past they sent some noname brand item instead what i paid for so everytime i place an order here i still have a fear about the past. Not the cheapest but some parts with cupon code worth well.”

“Ordered a rear exhaust as per the compatibility guide on the website, and upon fitting found the part was incorrect for the vehicle. Customer services ordered a replacement for next day delivery, however an exact credit exchange couldn't be possible and had to buy the exhaust again, only to be credited afterwards, which we are still waiting for. Website needs to show correct compatibility for vehicle that actually guarantees a matched product to car/van”

“The failure of the brake pads to almost fit, but not quite, was frustrating. I took the assembly apart 5 times, unable to work out what was wrong and why the pads were not fitting in the piston correctly. I even tried to drive it thinking they would settle into place in service. This cost a lot of time. This is not the first time this has happened to me with Euro Car Parts. There is now always a doubt, that the parts may not be quite correct. If possible I would always bring the original part for comparison, but it was not possible in this case and the photos looks good. There was no problem is retuning the used parts for a full refund, to be commended. I did then purchase a different pad set, which did fit perfectly, no problems.”

“Great prices but now can't simply pop into Eurocarparts and pay cash for items and Eurocarparts ( sister company) will not honourthe same price which used to be OK to do. Just a bit annoying and "computer says no" .”

“I have been shopping at this place for a number of years and always assumed that their products are competitively priced. But while every now and again they offer discount codes, I have found products still cheaper else where! In future I will be more careful about what I purchase but will still use them IF they are the cheapest!! One last thing is that they have a sister site called euro car parts where the prices are different and yet you pick up the parts from this site if collecting from euro car parts. Rather confusing to have 2 sites with different prices and belonging to the same parent company.”

“The goods were fine, price competitive after the discount code applied (why do you do this?) but member of staff at collection desk was unhelpful and left my wife (in her 60s) to struggle with a heavy car battery despite her asking if it was heavy (hint: it would be appreciated if some assistance carrying it to the car was offered).”

“It was a quick collection but the brake pads was not the right one’s for my car they were to big and rub my wheel hub..I had to go to a garage to get the right ones fitted”
