“Ordered a load of car electrics on 7th May, they got back to me on the 11th May to tell me one of the items was out of stock and the website had an error in its stock level. Some items were sent out, but I'm still waiting on 2 things 10 days later. checking online they are still out of stock of it (I expect its probably delayed due to coronavirus but that doesn't help me). I'll update this review when I get more communication from them.”

“Ordered parts and paid extra for next day delivery. When they didn’t turn up tried to phone . Told my call was very important to then!! If so why don’t they answer the phone.”

“I appreciate that on the website it did say there could be delays with delivery but I foolishly assumed that asI paid for next day delivery that would happen,it didn’t, so I paid extra for nothing. Removing that option would be a good idea.”

“Parts were very cheap. But I paid for next day delivery. One part received after two days and one after three days. I don't know why they dispatch separately eventhough I submit order together.”

“Delivery took longer than usual (due to corona virus) and the parts, when they arrived, were just fine. However, information about the orders progress through the system was not available by logging into my account. Tried the chat (which took a couple of hours) but was disconnected just before I reached the front of the queue (on both occasions). So, an otherwise good rating was downgraded to acceptable due to communication issues along the way (which could have been explained by a COVID-19 update on the website).”

“The battery ordered was great, The price was was great, what wasn't great was paying for next day delivery only to receive 8 days later, customer service is non existent , tried calling but always a minimum of 2 hours waiting time, tried web chat on 5-6 occasions, that's pointless, sent emails , no answers, would I use again ?, possible yes as price was good but not for urgent parts, maybe for service items that I'll need in a couple of weeks”

“Ordered oil and air filters for mx5. Bosch oil filter was fine but spent 1.5hrs trying to fit Crosland air filter in which should be a 10 min job. Completely different design to the OE Mazda part and only 1-2mm too big in length but won't fit! Cleaned old he and refitted in 5mins. V poor product!”
