“Asked and paid for next day delivery, took 5 days to arrive with DHL. Appreciate the current climate but Amazon manage it. Asked for a return number as part didn’t fit, still waiting for 2 replies from you. One about the delivery and the other for reference number. We’ve been in this situation now for 8 weeks so blaming Covid -19 is not on, recruit more people if needed, plenty out there.”

“service is good but customer care is not good I was on phone for 2.5 hours no reply and on chat for 5.5 hours with no reply. The battery that a got (2 days late) was a good buy and a great price”

“Although I appreciate the current situation is holding things up but I paid extra for next day delivery and it took 3 days. Think they should have updated their website omitting the Next Day section when they knew they could not live up to it. Apart from that the item was fine at a very good price”

“ordered a full set of compatible wiper blades fro my car and only the rear one fits. The front set is missing the correct adapter. Tried to phone and email but over a week later have had no contact from them to arrange a return. As a keyworker I need to keep my car on the road so had to order the Bosch set to enable me to stay on the road. Still waiting for contact from them....”

“Ordered new wing mirror for my car and paid for next day delivery unfortunately it didn’t arrive the next day so got in touch and the problem was sorted quickly.when the mirror arrived it was just what I needed and very easy to fit .would definitely use car parts 4 less again.”

“Order the product it show available then got a email one is not available and they have to order it from the warehouse Sent them email where is my order after a week they haven't deliver it and no response They deliver it after 8 days by DHL The price was good but long delivery”

“The ordered items eventually arrived after 2 weeks. The communications were a bit weak. I wouldn't have minded the delay if some information for the delivery were available. I ordered, then signed-up separately for a tracking account after waiting for something to happen. There was nothing in there to track. Emails were not responded to apart from the initial auto-response.”
