“Ordered items on Friday morning on-line and informed by a message the items wouldn't be ready for click and collect until Monday, so not great. Called at the Crewe branch to collect on Monday just after lunch, I was fourth in the queue and it took 20-25 minutes to get served, there was one person serving despite there being many people in the office in the background, all the people waiting to be served were grumbling at the service and the queue got longer and longer. When I got served the items were all correct and the lady serving was corteous though I could tell she wasn't happy to be left to serve alone at such a busy time.”

“I purchased brake pads online and arranged click and collect service. Unfortunately I was given wrong brake pads for a different car. I wasted fuel to go back to the shop but they swapped it no bother.”

“Get what you paid for in terms of quality sadly wheel trims i ordered were flimsy and 2 outa 4 broke during installation on vehicle cant falt speed of dispatch or packaging just unfortunate with product quality”

“I ordered an item on Friday and it said in the confirmation email that it will be ready by Monday. I called on Saturday on the off chance that it might be ready as it was engine oil and I thought that there must be lots in stock but the person I called was rude and just said that if it says Monday then it will be ready on Monday!”

“I ordered a new mirror glass for my car. Unfortunatly, the part did not fit my car despite me putting in my registration number and the website recommending that part. However, returning the part and getting a refund was quick and easy as I was able to return to a Eurocarparts store. Staff were very helpful.”

“Your prices seem to have gone up recently such that you are often more expensive than your sister division at Euro Car Parts. Your engine oil (even inhouse brand) seems expensive compared to other decent brands available online via the likes of CMG OIls direct (Mannol barnd) and your Bosch wipers cost more than elswhere. Why don't you sell Napa brake discs - these seem popular and have a decent guantee for the premium zinc coated ones?”

“Ordered by mistake online, as had been on Halfords site. Not good with tech as 80 years old so a annoyed to discover had paid double the Halfords price. However decided to pick up although was offered a refund by lovely assistant with the biggest smile.Lesson learned but was saved a trip to Westclif and made worth it by great service.”

“Good price for the item but it came in a box that had quite clearly already been opened and was sellotaped back up at one end with the other end still ripped open. The item appeared intact so I did not return it but was tempted to.”

“Carparts4less (AKA Eurocarparts).... needed a rear light from the bootlid of my BMW looked at ECP first - there were 3 alternatives ranging from £69 to £166. Unfortunately the lowest cost one wasn't available for the side I needed - checked CP4L also - the same I ended up having to get the more expensive on at £103 - showed as £120 on CP4L less discount got it to lower than ECP price - totally random stuff!!! - same company - same shop (ECP) I collected it from. I would have paid delivery but the cost was far too high at£15 _it's a timy light!!!. I buy lots of stiff from ECP/CP4L - but only when I can't get it from local motor factor who are faster and cheaper usually. The product - the light itself is great - fitted as expected and works perfectly”

“Prices are often (though not always) competitive. Have been unable to use discount codes advertised on the Car Parts 4 Less website recently. Smallprint states exclusions, including 'performance' parts. I have noticed most parts I have ordered had tags stating 'performance' on the listings, even though they are certainly not performance parts (basic, budget brake components and service parts). Very cynical of Car Parts 4 Less to advertise discounts which, in reality, appear to be unavailable. Would be better to just offer products at your best price at all times and dump the codes, as your well-known sister company, as well as other competitors appear to be doing.”

“Told me the item I ordered was unavailable and cancelled it, despite showing on the site as in stock and multiple available to collect across every local collection point. I reordered and suddenly it was available.”

“Just bought Auto Finesse Glass Cleaner (Crystal) which is cheaper than direct from Auto Finesse. As I am in a wheelchair it’s hard to get into Euro Car Part, so my wife picks up my order, my problem is the bottle of AF Crystal comes with a cap on the bottle it should also come with a pump spray, which Euro Car Parts keep separate. So it’s another trip to ECP to pick up the pump spray. If you’re selling the AF bottles sellotape the pump spray to the bottle, then I would be happy and give you 5 stars”
