“Ordered service parts for a vehicle. Sent wrong oil filter, then was sent a replacement and both time they were incorrect parts. All other parts were all okay”

“Ordered and paid for a coil pack and 4 spark plugs for collection 2 days later. All was showing in stock at the time of ordering. Went 2 days later and the coil pack wasn't in stock. I understand if there was a stock file error, but surely this should have been noticed when the order was placed and the part ordered in so it was in stock when I collected 2 days later? Really annoying as I had travelled 10 miles to collect it. I was told the next nearest branch (20 miles away) had 1 in stock. Asked the assistant if he could phone to check if it was definitely in stock and he said he couldn't. I was then refunded the amount which meant I then had to spend another £100 at the other branch so was £100 short until the refund credited. In total, a 20 mile trip turned into a 50 mile trip.”

“Very helpful customer service team, but disappointing experience. Only half order arrived (after a very long delay). Refunded for other half, but when wanted a matching set it’s been more hassle than the good price made it worth. Shame.”

“picked up my brake pads and disc's. looked in the box and saw the pads where worn , so returned them and got told the new pads will arrive tomorrow. so tried to picked them up but didnt arrived, so another trip to Euro car parts!”

“I ordered wiper blades for my car using my registration. They had multiple clips but none of them fitted. I had to remove the clips from old wipers and make holes larger to get them to fit. Should have been a quick easy swap but turned out a problem. They should make sure products are compatible with the registration.”

“Good value but taking into account the bank holidays delivery still was longer than expected and no obvious reason why the two items were sent seperately and arrived a day apart. Email customer service was ok, the help I received over the phone was poor.”

“My order was late and wasn’t able to track via the website. Was told it would be delivered the following day by 6pm still didn’t turn up. Picked the order up from a local store. Luckily didn’t need the parts urgently. Really disappointed as I’ve ordered many times and never had this issue before.”

“Good website to navigate around for the correct parts and good prices. Payment/basket section of transaction...poor! When you want to pay, the site steers you towards SSL, how secure the transactions are(which should be a given!) And additional suggested purchases which are annoying and unecessary....just want pay! Gave up and bought my parts on Ebay in the end. Payment section needs sorting!!”

“Purchased brake pads and brake pad sensors - unfortunately the sensors which the catalogue pairs with the pads are the incorrect ones. So, two trips needed, correct version eventually supplied, and have to wait 5-10 days for repayment for the originals to be credited.”

“Variable and inconsistent prices compared to sister company Eurocarparts. You should compare both sites to be sure of the best price. Got a great price on Antifreeze and ordered 3 lots online. Sadly, I never heard anything after about collection. No text, no email, nothing. After 4 days I took a chance and went to collect and thankfully the item was there and had been for a couple of days.”
