“Item purchased good but couldn't get reply from customer services.when asking for my postage to be refunded I payed extra for next day delivery item was late so therefore expected my postage to be returned.still waiting”

“Not a bad place to order things but it seems a bit sparadic with the ordering I have actually ordered an item nearly two weeks ago it still isn't here but I have ordered items just recently and they gave arrived bizarre to say the least”

“Order a car battery which was just what I ordered and paid extra for next day delivery. Turned up 5 days. Poor excuses as why not next day. If they can not do next day please don't offer it and get customers to pay extra When contact no offer of a refund for the delivery charge.”

“Paid for next day delivery and it took 2 days, this was a warehouse delay picking and packing as DHL delivered in the correct timescale. Did starts chat which got timed out and have still not received answer to my question a week later.”

“Delivery was delayed, understandable at the moment. But both cans arrived badly damaged with virtually no protection and nothing indicating that the contents were fragile and 2 gallons of a flammable liquid!”

“Sorry, as i havent received the ordered items at the time of this review request i cannot give a proper review on the items, i will say they informed me the items were out of stock so a plus on that, but scored down as the website said they were in stock when i placed the order.”

“Everything from viewing the site and ordering the products I wanted was simple. But the big negative was receiving my purchases via 3 deliveries over a period of 6 days. Surely it would be more economical and environmentally friendly if the products ordered were delivered at the same time cutting down on transport costs.”

“Part of order delivered within a good time frame and no issue apart from the stock was pretty grubby. But 10 days later still waiting for part of my order that wasn't in stock. I have emailed but not email back. I would like a refund please!”

“I was sent the wrong parts, again. I was sent an two exhaust brackets instead of two exhaust rubbers, the paperwork was correct but the parcel contents were wrong. They got the actual exhaust components correct so I was ok to carry on and fit the exhaust.”

“Having placed the order at12.44 on 22/5/20 and paid £5.95 for premium large parcel delivery, the parcel arrived today 01/06/20. I appreciate that there was a bank holiday and that deliveries are taking a bit longer! But 10 days is a long time when you can't close the window and lock your car because the parts not arrived”

“The service at this time so far is acceptable,but I am still awaiting for a response to my email to you as the wipers ordered only the rear wiper of the set ordered was correct and I am currently awaiting your instructions as to how I can/and what I need to do to return the the items that are wrong and get them replaced with the correct ones. 01/06/2020.10-30.”

“I've ordered from you in the past had no issues but ordered this time and sent me a part that clearly states jaguar on it and I had ordered the part for a completely for a different car with my correct registration and even says different part number that I had ordered so picker not very good but getting in touch with you to return it absolutely shocking tried calling on 2 occasions first time round on hold for 1hr 20 and it ended up past 6pm so gave up as says you close at 6pm on website and second time 30mins and I gave up I did 2 live chats soon as first 1 came live after waiting 6th in queue they cut me off then second time waiting again for some1 else through filling out the form for live chat they gave me a 1 word answer and cut me off I was not happy so ended up emailing 3rd time lucky I got a reply off a lovely lady that was quick at replying to me which I appreciate alot and was quick at booking me in at getting the item collected which is taking place this week I hope I get my refund ASAP once you have received the item back”
