“Good Price on items; good selection of items. easy to navigate and use website. However, I received and email sent at 18.46 on a Friday evening telling me my parts were going to be delayed. MAYBE up to 10 days. I was beyond unhappy, as it was clearly after office hours and I could not call up to speak to someone. I understand this has taken place in the middle of the Covid Virus; but at 2 months in, they should have a handle on their delivery!”

“Carparts4less as usual did a good job in fullfilling the order albeit a little late but that was understandable as we are experiencing some difficult times. Unfortunately the same could not be said for the courier service they used (DHL) i believe, the parcel was left at athe wrong adress and luckily for me the young gentlemen whose adress it was left at, was honest and kind enough to bring it to me and explained his old mother had taken it by mistake, otherwise i would have lost my order/goods.”

“GREAT GOT THE STUFF I ORDERED VERY QUICKLY THE TROUBLE IS TRYING TO SEND THINGS BACK CANNOT SPEAK TO ANY ONE AT STORE UNLESS I WAIT UP TO 2 HOURS ON THE PHONE SENT EMAILS OVER MONTH AGO STILL WAITING TO GET THE RETURN ITEM SENT BACK FOR REFUND”

“I put my registration number in for a part i needed for my car. The part came up,and I ordered it. The part arrived, and was completely incorrect. Due to Covid, there is a 2 your wait on the phone. I sent an email 4 days ago, and still no reply”

“Paid £4.95 for next day delivery. 5 days later the goods arrived. Sent 3 emails and asked for the extra I paid for next day delivery to be refunded. Nearly a week later I still have not had a reply. Impossible to get an answer on the phone as well. Poor customer service.”

“Battery order is what it said. But delivery that is another question. paid fot next day delivery but turned up 5 days later. Poor customer service when asked what is going on. If company can not do what I paid for they shouldn't offer it.”

“Great price and efficient delivery. However the item I bought (an alternator) has a surcharge until the old item is returned. Trying to get hold of carparts4less to arrange this (plus 2 hours on the phone and still no luck) is all but impossible.”

“Price seemed ok parts were as described but free postage took forever.I thought about three to four days which would have given me the parts for the weekend,I emailed after a week and was given the info that unless delivery was not ten days or more not to contact the company as everything was slow because of Covid.It would have been massively helpful if this was on the order form"If given the chance I will save a few bob on postage but will pay if necessary.Especially car parts where repairs are usually time bound.This review would have been four or five stars if the delivery or information was better.”
