“I nearly always opt for carparts4less as you always get a choice of qualities - just ordered two sets of Brembo brake pads - good price (extra 24% off) and arrived quickly. I try and think ahead to avoid postage costs - I just add an oil filter sometimes to get the total above £30. More than once I have bought original quality parts - e.g. ate abs sensor for my Volvo and luk clutch for my Audi a year or two back.”

“Appalling customer service. Tried to add additional parts to order, instead agent cancelled my original order. They then asked for positive feedback... So instead of additional parts, I got no parts...including the urgently required original order. Go back on line next day, to find cancelled parts prices now increased by approx 25%.. Tried to change order again, they totally ignored me. Purchased elsewhere!”
