Prior to ordering brake disks I send a email to see if they could confirm if they were coated disks or not. They confirmed yes they are coated. So I ordered them and when they turned up they were uncoated. The online return didn’t work as the site kept saying it was unavailable. I eventually returned them in person. Set the job back but Halfords saved the day and were better priced also.

Parts are supposed to be cheaper not really? They're the same price as Euro car parts if you don't get a discount code, then it's not really worth buying it from parts for Les.

Opening hours were not correct. Store was closed on arrival. The item also did not fit even though my registration was used to match it.

Ordered a starter motor was sent a email to pick the part up, part was not in and don’t come in for another two days head office kept saying it is the stres fault and the store said the item has not been sent yet when I checked stock numbers it didn’t state we’re the stock was held ver poor help then was sent and email saying it was resolved when it was three- four days after it was to be

Ordered brembo brake pads for my car.Put reg in on site so you would would think the results would be for your car.Picked up parts next day and receipt specified my car.Took time out to take my car to garage for fitting and was told by fitter they were the wrong pads .Not only did I waste my time but the fitters also.He was good enough not to charge me.Will get the garage to source in future as it was a false economy buying this way,certainly from europarts/carparts4less

This is the second time Carparts4less has provided me incorrect parts for the same car type. The return process is difficult, especially since I don’t live near the closest Euro Car Parts collection point. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be making another purchase.

I bought an air filter for my car online when I picked it up I went to my mechanic who said it didn't fit because it was too tall, so I went to the store and asked for the type for my car and this time I got the right one but I had to pay the difference in price, i.e. the discount I got when I bought it online. I checked the part number on the invoice that I chose online and that I got in the store and it turned out to be the same. So my question is why was I charged extra when I bought the same one online. The package had a different type of filter than I should have received

Need parts next day, so paid extra for delivery, only part of the order arrived, the rest took another 2 or 3 days. No offer of a refund on postage.

2 orders for different cars and both were no good as never fitted. Worse was to come, if i bought the correct parts when returned then you need to pay full price with no on line discount. Very poor...

Bought a battery , first one I was given , when I fitted it , was totally dead , had to drive another 25 miles to take it back to get a replacement

I was once impressed by Car Parts 4 less cos they were. Sadly no longer Nor do they carry a comprehensive stock offering. I have a recent new vehicle with surprisingle drum brakes. No offering at all? Ill use as closer to home and price diffence small.

Poor. Never informed me when my delivery was due even though providing the phone number was mandatory! When I phoned to ask for an update I was told that it would arrive by 6:30pm the same day. The parts didn't arrive so I phoned again the following day and was told it would come on the second day. It did arrive on the second day.

Order 4 different parts online for collection. Got email to say everything ready to collect. Got there and one part not in stock. I then asked for a refund which takes upto 10days.

Trying to return anything under guarantee isn't fun and your probably to blame for it not working or it's your fault and not the parts

Car parts 4 less are good. When I went to collect from euro car parts they gave the wrong product from what was on the order. So wasted my time.as I had to come.back to change and book another appointment with garage to fit on.

The oil was correct the rear wipwe blade for m y 3003 Hond Civic was wrong so i now have to change it the service in the Reading shop was very slow why oh why dont they have a second till for click and collect items

Still not received delivery 10 days after ordering, no one seems to want to take responsibility, have now reported to paypal
