The oil was correct the rear wipwe blade for m y 3003 Hond Civic was wrong so i now have to change it the service in the Reading shop was very slow why oh why dont they have a second till for click and collect items

Came to the store to pick up a click and collect order fof 5 litres of engine oil. Unfortunately, as there was only one person on the counter I had to wait half an hour even after I had given the order number. Very poor service for an order that should have been a quick in and out.

The process of placing the order and delivery went smoothly. However, I encountered an issue where I received the wrong model of the product despite ordering the correct one. When I contacted customer care to arrange for the return of the product, I was instructed to go to the store instead. This defeats the purpose of ordering online, as one of the reasons for doing so was to avoid going to the store. As a result, I am disappointed with the service provided.

Ordered arrived with item missing and box ripped open rang and explained was told branch had lost it would order a new one and would be deliver next day nothing arrived rang again said it would be deliver the next day didn’t arrive finally arrived on the Monday evening, I know mistakes happen but communication is very long east to go to eurocarparts and collect it

It would make more sense to purchase off the website what you want and show the staff at euro car parts your confirmed payed for order number and pick up your goods, instead of standing there like an idiot waiting 15mins for the order to go through..

The price of the battery was good, easily collected from Bury st Edmunds eurocarparts. That’s where the good ends, advertised battery picture shows battery with clamp ridges on sides...Battery it self didn’t have any, unable to secure in car. Returned to Norwich branch next day. Beware of battery pictures which show right size battery for car but won’t fit securely!! Money refunded no problems.

I collected the battery I purchased from store it had scratches all over the stickers so not in pristine condition. I took it home fitted it to my car and it was completely flat, I called customer service and they told me to return it for a replacement so I did now this one was in pristine condition I again fitted to my car and this one was flat too I really couldn’t be taking it back out of my car and going all the way back to the store I ended up charging the battery. So not the best experience.

Online Service from Carparts4less was problem free. I opted to collect from my Local collection point in Eastleigh (Chandlers Ford) where I found the staff to be lazy, rude and not fit for a customer service roll. Will NOT be collecting from here ever again.

After inputting my registration, I was offered only the one choice of rear (inner) brake hoses for my Prius Gen 3, which were Pagid. On collection from my local Euro Car Parts, I realised that each had different ports; the hose for the left side accepted inverted/double flare pipe ends but the other for the right side accepted bubble or DIN flare pipe ends. I took them back and questioned the difference. The guy did what I did, put my reg in and said that the hoses were correct for my car. I showed him the ends and he agreed it was unlikely that any vehicle would have different pipe connections, left and right. Just in case that it was a rogue hose, he ordered another which arrived later that day which was also wrong. He ordered 2 more from HQ which came the day after, also wrong. I gave them back and went to Toyota. In every other respect, the hoses were correct; hose length and thread type. Only the port on the right side hose was for a different pipe flare than what the car had. If I hadn't looked in there, I could have fitted them, then what would have happened?

Oiĺ was delivered on time tks Couldn't get -15 screenwash delivered was told courier wouldn't deliver dangerous items I found another company who delivered cheaper and didn't class it as dangerous.

Parts came back quite quickly within 2 to 3 days. Unfortunately the parts were left outside in the pool in rain. I just hope the parts inside and not damaged

The person on the desk was very cheerful and helpful and I couldn’t fault him . However this is the second time I have used this company and once again I was not able to park in the disabled parking spaces because one space was blocked by there euro van and the other had there euro van parked in the space . I took photos of this parking but euro parts and once again I had to park on the street to collect my item . Even after a phone call from euro parts last time apologising it would seem this parking if there vans in blue badge spaces is still happening

Ordered brake parts for daughters car was not informed a part was not in stock until I contacted them after 3 days to see what was happening.It took a week to get from placing original order to receive total order. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE THIS TIME. Need to do better.
