I ordered a dash cam and didn't receive it. Arranged for a replacement and was then told they had nothing to replace. Disappointed.

Car part for less gave me the wrong part which found out only at the time of fitting the brake pads. Wasted time for nothing.

The box that the wipers were in was damaged badly and looked like something heavy had been put on top. Had to check the wipers to make sure they were not damaged. On top of that did a click & collect and Europarts in Isleworth kept me waiting 25 minutes just for a click & collect. From start to finish horrible service from carparts 4 less. Will not be using them again.

Very poor service. Ordered parts on 2 July and still not recieved on 14th July. Rented a ramp to service my vehicle and still no parts delivered. Unless I am compensated or discounted for my costs, I will not be using them again.

I have still not received the item. Despute customer service chasing the delivery. I sent an email re this as still not feceived but no answer. Under these circumstances I cannot recommend purchasing anything from this company. I would give 0 stars if available

Ordered front and rear discs and pads for my Tuscon, had my mechanic friend come to fit them and the rear set were totally the wrong discs and pads, so be careful when ordering and double check them when they come.

Again continuing to have my order which is a click and collect paid for in advance not ready upon my arrival. I can see the warehouse picker what looks to be like picking the order whilst I wait outside. The picker even could not even find 1 of the items for a while. You need to get this right have click and collect orders ready for collection not pick the order on customers arrival.

Utter shambles. Advertising a car part and receiving a completely different one. Except when I took it back. They both had the same part number so they were offering a good quality part but fobbing you off with a basic part for the same price. Was forced to spend over double what I initially paid to get the next best one. Never again

items not received had to chase after long delay post delivery due date refund issued despite requesting items items purchased on price offer, so refund meant loss of discount on any re-order/purchase highly inconvenient as items required to complete work on car for MOT

Ordered in stock parts Jan 31st after repeated calls and chasing up no tracking info available parts finally delivered by Europarts on 10th of Feb not had a problem before hopefully a one off

Click and collect from Wigan was an extremely slow process. 45 minute wait with a total of 3 people in the queue. I wouldn’t advise using click and collect at this store if you are restricted on time.
