“I'm surprised they email asking for reviews.... I'm sorry to say that much like my last order, things have not gone well. This time, the order didn't arrive. The order was placed, money taken, but the order status remains as 'processing' for a month. After several emails, it's finally been cancelled today, the 13th of February for an order placed on the 4th of January for some brake cleaner. My last order included 5ltrs of oil packed badly so it was dented and leaking on arrival - a promised replacement never arrived either. I've used Car Parts 4 Less many times over the years and it's been fine and well priced stuff... But something seems to have changed.”

“Can't say it was very good waited a week for a delivery email didn't get one had to get in touch with them to be told it was delivered to the wrong address.I thought it would have then been a priority to deliver it but no so I cancelled the order”

“Appalling customer service. Tried to add additional parts to order, instead agent cancelled my original order. They then asked for positive feedback... So instead of additional parts, I got no parts...including the urgently required original order. Go back on line next day, to find cancelled parts prices now increased by approx 25%.. Tried to change order again, they totally ignored me. Purchased elsewhere!”

“Ordered a battery, but was to small, so i generated a return reference and took it back to Euro car parts in Smethwick, Casey the girl could not help so gave me the car parts 4 less 0203 number to call, i did but then handed the phone to casey as the man i spoke to said this needs refunding at branch level, Casey went off in the back, came back and said her manager with refund on Monday and then put her name on my paperwork, i called euro car parts smethwick number 5 days later where Lewis told me that Chritian the Manager would call me at 3pm as Casey wasn't in work until 13.30, by 5pm i called up to see what was happening, the guy told me it was refunded earlier on, i said that was ok, but why didn't anyone call me, he just apologised. THIS WAS WALL TO WALL TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH”

“I along with 5 other customers had to wait 35 minutes to get served as there was only one member of staff serving customers and also disappearing to gather the items the customer required. After 20 minutes, another member of staff arrived. I did not expect the service to be exceptionally slow so will not be going back to Eurocarparts again.”

“The box that the wipers were in was damaged badly and looked like something heavy had been put on top. Had to check the wipers to make sure they were not damaged. On top of that did a click & collect and Europarts in Isleworth kept me waiting 25 minutes just for a click & collect. From start to finish horrible service from carparts 4 less. Will not be using them again.”

“Very poor service. Ordered parts on 2 July and still not recieved on 14th July. Rented a ramp to service my vehicle and still no parts delivered. Unless I am compensated or discounted for my costs, I will not be using them again.”

“I have still not received the item. Despute customer service chasing the delivery. I sent an email re this as still not feceived but no answer. Under these circumstances I cannot recommend purchasing anything from this company. I would give 0 stars if available”
