“We ordered 4 items. Two items were delivered quite quickly. Although the box appeared undamaged one of the bottles (Back to Black trim restorer) was damaged inside its own sealed plastic bag. The liquid had leaked out of spray bottle into the bag. The Auto Transmission fluid bottle was undamaged. The two cans of spray paint were marked on the delivery sheet as to follow on. I emailed to notify of the damaged item the same day. I have used CarParts4less in the past without any problems at all. I understand that like many organisations they are finding the supply and delivery of some items difficult in the present situation so i am sure this is just a very unusual glitch.”

“Good service, but I paid for next day delivery and did not receive my order until several days later. I appreciate these are difficult times but feel that perhaps the option should be removed.”

“Although I did receive my order for the most part, I wasn't impressed with how it was packaged in (a see through bag). As it is under the same firm as euro car parts I expected better and am still waiting for a refund on an order from euro over a month later. I will go elsewhere in future for such items.”

“The stuff I bought was a good price and packen in sustainable packaging without plastic. Problem was I emailed them to cancel the order as soon as I got the confirmation email from them but they obviously didn't see it or just ignored it maybe. No point sending back coz ppstage costs so I now have a tin of stuff I'll maybe use in five years time.”

“I wouldn’t have ordinarily written a review but I received an email requesting this so here we go. My father needed window wipers for his vw Fox, I used the reg search and quickly found some ‘universal’ wipers, I had entered the Reg and it corresponded with the car details so what could go wrong? They didn’t fit! Completely wrong length for the windscreen, very disappointing, if it hadn’t had the reg search I would have checked more thoroughly, £20 wasted :-(”

“This purchase suffered significant delay due to Coronavirus. Ordered late 15/4 delivered 29/4. Took a while to track it down. Apparently found it got stuck at local depot that I had to ring twice to remind for delivery. This blip in service I’m happy to have received an apology for.”

“Brake discs arrived quicker than I expected.I take it they came from my local Eurocarparts store. Not so good was the fact that the seal on the box was broken and the discs badly re-wrapped with no packing material in the box.The discs were rattling about in contact with each other.I don't know if any parts are missing.I have yet to fit them.”

“Your customers service worse than anything you never answered phones never replied emails even on chat when que comes to near to my number you cuts of ordered engine oil 10 days ago still no updates, it would be good to say it's going to be delay”
