“Service going down hill. I appreciate deliverys have gone up considerably but don't charge and advertise next day delivery if it's impossible to do, simple”

“Not bad prices taking account of the perpetual sales, it would be easier to see decent prices up front. Delivery not bad and saves a trip to the local factors, reasonable packaging generally. Recent order for a pair of brake discs had to be returned because they weren’t a matching pair (box tampered with), collected the return promptly, still waiting for replacement. Took a long time on the phone to sort out.”

“I ordered the car battery on a Saturday evening, paid for next day delivery, as it was teatime Saturday I expected to receive it Monday. Nope....Thursday!! If there's going to be an issue with delivery time, say so at point of purchase and don't charge for next day delivery if it isn't going to happen.”

“Order was sent out in three separate parcels using DPD next day delivery. Two arrived next day the final one went missing and I had a lot of chasing / hassle to get this final part delivered. No apology and over a week late”

“Had a couple of delivery issues with couriers and Royal Mail. Website doesn't give adequate order updates. Great on price but pretty useless if your on a tight schedule or responding to a breakdown.”

“Though you had the make and model and year of my car,the fuel filter that you offered as a correct part,is not the correct part. The signal- light bulbs and airfilter fit, and work fine,so2 out of 3 items being correct is a result. Cant spend 20 minutes on hold on your phone to claim my money back on the filter so thats my loss.”

“Good afternoon, my order Ref No. is 121-00001073457. i have received break pads however the weren't ideal for my car and i would like for them to be returned and to receive a refund. any other parts received from your company have fit my car well except for the break pads that i have bought separately. thank you very much. “on reciept of the car cover my wife and i covered my sons 1970 vw beetle witch was on the drive due to building work being carried out . After checking a couple of times everthing seemed fine only to find when we came to move the car the cover was NOT water prof and we had a happy time getting a good puddle out of the car.”

“Wipers arrived OK and on time. I have used Car parts 4 less numerous times in the past. Postage used to be free then. However, they now charge for postage which was more than the cost of the items. Will look elsewhere in the future”

“I purchased replacement window blades the blade for the rear window was amazing however the front was terrible and I had to go out and purchase another one. Having said this the delivery etc was very quick.”

“Good service, delivery not so good. The parcel was left balancing on the gate, no signature was requested and the box was wet as though something had leaked out. I wrote to inform the company but other than an acknowledgement of receipt email, I have heard nothing from the company. I am yet to use the product, hopefully whatever leaked out was not important. I have pictures of the condition of the box on its arrival”
